The north side has two people that are very sweet and helpful but if they aren't there you are in for a rude experience. The south side is quite nice, I have never had anyone be rude to me there yet. However one or two of ten like to rush when you are asking questions. I have completely switched to the south one due to customer service if I need to go to advanced. However I have almost completely switched to a different auto parts store completely anyway, but to those that do go to advanced I would recommend the south one .

I had my two teens instead of waiting there, these nice men drove us a mile up the road to the movie theater and then pick us when the movie was over even though it was after hours. The shop's waiting room is very welcoming, nicely decorated and very clean. The cleanest waiting room I have ever been in. I 100% recommend them.
