Like others reviewers experienced, I have had "bad" experience dealing with Bill, the owner of Bradco Supply. I even contacted the BBB (case number 17769153). Bradco would not even respond!!! Bill just wanted additonal money after he decided to pick up my rental prior to rental term completion (2 hours out of 8 hour rental)... They wanted an attitional 583.06 to get tractor unstuck from field (when I called just to get an "opinion" on best want to get tractor unstuck without damage (pull out forward or backward). He just took tractor without my approval, and sent an unauthorized/unapproved additonal invoice.. NOTE: I have this all recorded and reviewed personally with Bill who did not care that the communication problem was on THEIR end NOT mine !!!) ... He claims I told his company to come get the tractor (glad I had it clearly recorded I was looking for "OPINION" on how to safely get tractor out of mud )... When I told him I was NOT going to pay the addional invoice and I further wanted to finish the rental or get a partial refund, He told me to file a claim with my insurance company even though he knew there was not damage to his equpment. I told him if I would do that it would be isurance fraud... In my opinion this company is VERY unethical and I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.
