Instead of answers, I had to pry info out of him over days--busy day excuses, falling asleep, being out sick, passing me to Skyler Fish. He dodged confirming the charger/photos, insisted on reconditioning, but never delivered written buyer's order or verification. Kept stringing me along with "transferring it myself" promises. After a full week of back-and-forth, the truth: the car was never available. It was at their Bath location in service/intake for another customer the entire time. They "couldn't locate it" until upper management got involved, then admitted we were "beat to the chase." Georden gave firm timelines (Friday transfer), made assurances he couldn't keep, and wasted my entire week rescheduling around his word. **I specifically wanted the location that actually had the car**--instead, they solicited me and dropped the ball completely. At that time, most mechanics were closing up for the day, and my only alternative was to get a tow to a tire shop and hope they could fit me in before they closed. Dennis came right out even though I was a bit far away from Conklin. Once he was there he had me fixed up with a new tire and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Not only had we blown a tire, but we were concerned about a second tire on the same side and didn't feel safe towing our camper any farther. To make matters worse, we couldn't easily leave the campground to get help. After calling multiple tire companies and roadside services, we either got no answer, voicemail, or promises of callbacks that never came. Then we called Wilson's On Site Tire. What a difference. He answered the phone immediately, understood exactly what we needed, and was at our campsite in about an hour and a half. He came prepared, inspected the situation, and replaced both tires right there at our site. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the convenience, the urgency of our situation, and the fact that he came directly to us. What impressed us most was his professionalism and reliability. When you're stranded with a camper, every hour feels like a day. He did exactly what he said he would do, showed up when he said he would, and got us back on the road safely with zero drama. If you're in the Binghamton or Conklin area and need mobile tire service, especially if you're towing an RV, camper, trailer, or boat, don't waste time calling around. Call Wilson's first. I pick my car up, had to pay for the inspection and drove out with no sticker in my window.
