They diagnosed the issue, gave a very reasonable price, and were able to get the repairs done in one day. Since this is the only car my parents have, it was important that they be able to get the car back as soon as possible. I called and spoke with two different associates at Firestone, and each time I was impressed with the level of customer service. Brendan and Deb are awesome! Cashier/mechanic Josh rang up my order and politely promised to help me install my headlight if I patiently waited for him to ring up the other customers awaiting in line behind him, which I did. The other O'Reilly employee on-staff (Matt) eventually came out to help Josh, which moved things along a bit faster. Before I knew it, I was back upon the road and on my way to my next mobile massage appointment. Both Josh and Matt were quite friendly and very fast to come to my aid!
