When we got to the Greensboro area and the breaks started dragging again we decided to take it to a shop. I spent two hours calling around being told " we don't work on rv's" or "We can't get to you till next week." When I called Competition they got me in and fixed in less than 24 hours. The mechanics are knowledgeable and gave us an accurate diagnosis and estimate. I authorized the repair and it was completed right away. Three days later we are home with no issues. I get a call a few hours later and they tell me one bar didn't come in. No big deal. Drop the truck off the following week and get another phone call that the hardware for the roof rack wasn't in the box. They installed the cross bars improperly, didn't lock the end caps and also scratched the paint off my door jams. There were scratches on the cross bars as well. Carson denied anything was wrong and basically said this whole project was doomed from the beginning. Poor customer service on top off a bad installation team. I want my money back but am hesitant to have them do anything thinking that they may scratch my truck even worse uninstalling stuff.
