They ordered one for me and called me when it came in. Also, if any of you are paying to have your filters changed...you are being robbed. It is soooo easy to do! The last few stops were because I was having trouble with my wiper blades. If you buy from their store, they put the blades on free for you. The employee Keith was the best employee at any business that I've dealt with in a long time. He was kind, patient, and understanding! If you have any auto parts to buy, 100% recommend coming here!!

There was one person checking out and no one else was in the store and we were parked at the front door. He could have easily and quickly completed the test and we would have purchased our part from this store. This is not the first time we've encountered poor customer service at this store but it will be the last. The Advance store in Callahan provides much better customer service. Update: we went to O'Rielly's in Callahan. They were much busier but didn't hesitate to take two minutes to test the alternator.

So in October it was acceptable to sell a tire that 4 years old. The tires are cracked and aged even though it is a new tire and I am stuck with it. The condescending manager and team said it was corporate policy. Funny when I called corporate they said there was not such policy. Send these young men for customer service training and teach them to tell the truth and not lie. A manager always has a boss let the store salaried management tell me no but do not lie to my face and be little me. Never again Walmart!

As a loyal Ford customer, retired Ford employee, and Medallion Elite Alumni, encountering someone like this is a deterrent. It wasn't until after I mentioned my resume that she called someone to get further advice. I had had enough of the encounter and departed the service department. I jumped in my car and found another Ford dealership, which was super helpful in providing me with the much-needed Battery.

I found another dealer with a newer truck for 200 dollars more, so obviously I went there. They low balled my trade, added thousands of dollars to the deal and I left. Called Brandon from the parking lot and told him if he could give me a certain amount for my trade and tell me the fees, i would come buy the truck right then. He called me back in 10 minutes, said he could do the price I asked. He did not tell me the truck was an XLT which is the top trim level. We were in and out in 2 hours. The whole dealership worked hard for us.

ive been coming here for years,,,,i usually find what i need every time…read more however, i'm very disappointed with this business. i went to get a part from a vehicle...in which it was only "one" of. paid to get in, went to get the part and it was not in the vehicle. how can you not keep an inventory on the items sold? what a waist of time and money.....imagine how many people loose their money becasue a part has already sold. the cashier should be able to tell you if the item has sold especially if they can ask you what part are you looking for. at least allow a entrence pass for another time if they won't refund a blank trip.
