So I've been following Royalty Auto on social media for sometime as they always have great videos. I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon, of which I was concerned about possibly needing rear brakes. My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. I got in my car to leave and was surprised that they had washed, vacuumed my car out and left me a red rose on my steering wheel. Been here twice with my truck, staff is friendly and helpful, both times they drove me home after I dropped off the truck. They do the work quick too, both times I brought the truck in it was ready in 2 working days. You can also pick up your vehicle on the weekends via a code they text you. Pricing is not a problem either, I never felt like I overpaid. I'd recommend bringing your vehicle here to get inspections done as well, as they are very thorough. read more

I am new to the area and needed an auto repair shop for my Audi S5. This place was great. The staff was very friendly. The price was fair. They explained everything they had done, what they found and gave me recommendations for future maintenance. They did not pressure me to do any future services with them. They provided complimentary snacks, soda, water, and coffee. The waiting room has a TV and large comfortable sofas. They even washed and vacuumed my car. If that was not enough, I found a rose waiting for me on my dashboard. They really live up to the name Royalty. I will definitely be using them in the future. read more

This place is top notch. Brought my BMW for a check engine which tuned out to be a simple fix. They washed and polished my car, walked me to my car, opened the door for me and I find a fresh red rose on the dashboard. Who does that anymore!! I've never written a business review before so... Driving our daughter on a two day trip back to school her alternator failed 3h into the first leg of the trip. Got car to limp to various places in town to no avail at 4pm. The third place recommended Royalty Auto as a possibility. We had no hope of anything good happening but decided to check them out as we searched for hotels and rental car agencies. When we arrived less than two hours before close, with bays full of vehicles ahead of us, they took a look and told us the bad news...alternator fried including the wires connecting it. Not much hope to find a solution. Minutes later we were told they found a replacement in Jacksonville 20 miles away and would try to get it, replace the battery, wires and alternator to get us back on the road. The entire family owned business went WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, while they also comfortably accommodated us and our dog in the "living room" of the shop. We were back in the road in 2 hours. I sit here in savannah eating dinner further along in our journey amazed at the quality of the company and individuals that we were blessed to have met. Could not recommend higher. This place is second to NONE! They were a life saver for me in my time of need and they treated me like a king and a lifelong customer, when in fact I was not a local at all, I was and out of town guest who was stranded. They put me at the front of the line of customers cars they already had at the shop and had me on my way within a couple hours. I found this shop completely by chance and I will forever be grateful & thankful I did. My niece was driving up from Sarasota to visit us in North Carolina. She developed car trouble right after crossing into Georgia. On a Sunday late afternoon, we got her checked into a hotel. On Monday morning, I called one place and they were booked and couldn't help. I called Royalty and left a message. Sabrina called me back within minutes. They treated my niece like royalty. They kept me informed (in NC) about everything going on. They diagnosed the issue, did the repair, & got her back on the road. I cannot recommend them highly enough! This was my first visit to Royalty as I'm new to the area. I was glad to see there is a local shop that is knowledgeable with Mercedes autos and willing to take a fair, common sense approach to maintaining my car. This place never steered me wrong or tried to rip me off. The 9 months I was in Georgia I was always at ease when I had to take my car in. I knew I was in good hands. They found problems that another body shop completely botched when I had to get my car fixed. The problems were so botched that it was a major safety issue. Huge RAVE!!! Royalty Auto blew me away with their service yesterday. I had a last minute issue and they saw me right away, no wait. They were very nice, friendly and helpful. Christian owned and accommodating with my circumstances. Their waiting room is spotless clean with plush couches and the bathroom is the nicest and cleanest I've ever been in. It even had a nice baby changing table with diapers and a diaper genie! Free WI-FI and Complimentary soda, water, tea, juice, ice cream, snacks and coffee. The environment felt like I was at home instead of an auto place. They also have their own cars on site to shuttle you to home and back while you wait or for lunch, if you needed. Then they cleaned the outside and inside of my car for free! They said it was part of the service! It was vacuumed, wiped down and everything! Last, they topped it off with a rose on my dashboard! Best service I've ever experienced. I called today for a last minute oil change and they were able to accommodate me the same day. They even offered to give me a ride home while they serviced my car. When I went back to pick up my car later in the day I was shocked by the price. Shame on me, I should have asked for a quote in advance and I was completely satisfied by their reason for the price difference. However, they adjusted the price and gave me the difference as a credit for a future visit. On top of that, I was greeted by a rose in my fully detailed car. Again, best service ever! read more
