Let's get the shock outta here!!!! Bad humor with my lead in (maybe), but these guys are NO JOKE! Engineered Electrical Solutions did a Generac generator installation for both me and my neighbor about 2 weeks ago. We did our homework, we actually bought generators from Lowe's because of the 10 year warranty Generac was offering independently so these guys truly had no skin in the game except for our installation. My neighbor and I had gotten 3 separate quotes before meeting Maher from EEC. Not only did he come in at the most reasonable, but the price was fair. Two of the others appeared to be price gouging and my neighbor and I only assume that was because of hurricane Dorian. Maher and his team are nothing less than amazing. My first experience personally with them was when they came to prep for the generator placement. I had actually missed the time he had been at my home for the estimate, but was sent a detailed email afterwards and my neighbor was so comfortable with him she insisted this was the team we needed. She was 100% correct. I cannot tell you I get an email response quicker from this company than I do replying to spam where I've one 1 million if I only give my bank account and SS#. This is the most customer-friendly company I have EVER dealt with. Questions, statements, fun facts - all answered within minutes. And honestly, no question is a stupid question when it comes to these guys bc they understand that most of us don't understand it on their level. Fast forward to generator installment day when both Maher and Charles came and took care of business. Wow. These guys are no BS. I had emailed and they said they probably would get there between 6-7 and power would be shut off around 8-9am. The job estimated to be completed around 2-3ish. No lying I knew it was going to be a colder day so as soon I heard them outside I cranked heat in the house (although I should have done it sooner). The power turned off about 8 and change and was back on by 1pm. I even went out to ask if it was 'just teasing' or the 'real deal' because they were doing 2 generators. These guys had busted butts to get both my power and my neighbor's power back on as quickly as possible bc it was cold. Who does that really???? A company that cares, that's who. I cannot tell you how many random emails I sent Maher that were always answered within minutes and everything was explained on my level. His partner Charles also operates in the same way - truthfully, honestly, on your level. Engineered Electrical Solutions also offers a contract for generator maintenance after installation. There wasn't even a question of whether or not I would sign up for that, only how fast. Do you want to meet some honest, hard-working, fair individuals? Then choose this company. We just moved to James Island from Atlanta and did not know any good electricians to install ceiling fans, a shop light, and ring camera/flood lights ... so we used yelp to read reviews and get quotes. I saw that Engineered Electrical Solutions (EES) had 5 star ratings from every review. One of the EES Co-owners, Maher Baker, came back the fastest with his quote, was the most complete in his response, and had a very fair price quote. So, we hired EES. Well, here's another 5 star rating to add to their perfect record. We've owned several homes over the past 40 years and have used many electricians for various jobs. Maher was on time, had helpful suggestions on the work that improved the final job, worked diligently, was extremely professional, and finished the job on the low side of his estimate. When I learned from him that he is in his 9th year as a U.S. Navy electrician on a nuclear sub, I was even more impressed with his knowledge and confident in his skill level. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him on the spot to install a surge protector in 2 weeks. We now have our lifetime electrician in CHS. I highly recommend EES. read more

Got electrical needs? Get these guys. Excellent work, and good people. I had several electrical issues around my house, and had no idea where to go for electrical work, so I searched Google for Electricians around the area. They were one of the top ten, and of course I could of went with the #1 rated company by default, which so many do, but I wanted to see what was out there. I put in a request for a quote, and these guys were the first ones to contact me back. They were very courteous and flexible with me, on top of offering me a great quote for work to be done. They also continued communication with me up until the day they were to be here. Now that is service. I had Charles Nease come out, and he was great. He went above and beyond to tackle the issues I was having, and that is truly appreciated nowadays. Sometime it is hard to get honest, good work anymore. Engineered Electrical Solutions LLC came up on YELP and I waisted no time contacting the company. It is owned by military veterans which told me that the job would be done in a professional manner. I was contacted by Mahar Baker within the first hour that I requested the quote and the job was completed within 3 days. The job was done in a professional manner and the area was cleaned up. Quick response in an emergency situation. Central AC failing after several days of 100 degree + heat. I had to have new 220v circuit breakers and lines run to the attic and crawl space for my 2 story house in order to convert to Trane heat pumps from a water based heating system. These guys were highly professional and good at what they did. Work was thorough, cleanup was perfect, price was reasonable, and all done in about 4 hours. I am enjoying my very comfortable cool house now largely because these guys were willing to work until 8:30pm on a Friday night. I will call on them again for all future electrical needs. read more

What a super nice guy. And what a great job he did. I'm so used to having people give me estimates and adding much more to it than it really needs. He came in checked the breaker and changed it (after he went and got one). Done really quick and not near as bad as much as I thought it was going to cost me.
