Later we discovered she also made strawberry, and we knew right away that chocolate marble and strawberry (with fresh strawberries!) would be the perfect combo for our big day. The cake itself was flawless--a beautifully made 3-tier design with a light, delicious texture. The smooth buttercream frosting had just the right amount of sweetness, perfectly balancing the rich chocolate swirls and fresh, fruity strawberry layers. So many of our guests raved about it, and our bridesmaid (the true dessert connoisseur of the group) polished off all the leftover slices by the next day!
