Leading up to the wedding, Lindsay was so thorough and detailed and made sure to cover everything I did not know even needed to be covered - from placing our custome table numbers (also giving advice on what to use in case of strong winds), lighting our candles, tying the rose petal cones to the chairs, and tons of reception layout drafts. She asked many questions to make sure she understood what we were envisioning and had the most detailed notes I had ever seen! At the same time, she continued answering my 1000000 questions with lots of reassurance that everything will be more than OKAY. Even when we got scammed by a vendor, she was so empathetic and assisted us in what actions to take and other vendors we can look into! You can tell Lindsay is so passionate about her job and it shows with how loving and understanding she is towards the bride and groom, everyone that was a part of the wedding as well as our guests! Communication was poor throughout the planning process, and she arrived late on the day of the event. There were multiple items that my mom paid for that were either missing or incomplete. The floral arrangements were insufficient, and several agreed upon decorations and details were never provided. The communication was great until the payment was sent and then we hardly heard from her. The biggest issue was the pizza catering. My mom paid over $1,000 for a catered pizza service, but during the party the event planner called at 6pm to say the pizza man was not coming. As of today, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, no refund has been received. We tried to handle this privately before leaving a review, but unfortunately we have been unable to resolve the situation and are now pursuing the matter through Small Claims Court.
