The staff was very accommodating when I felt the water was too cold, they quickly adjusted. I do think it may have been a water issue because it would change to cold quickly but the staff addressed my concern right away. The person doing my pedicure really took their time and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire pedicure. After an amazing session I moved on to my nails where I was quickly seated in the high back comfortable chairs. The station was very clean and the manicurist was gently when doing my nails. I asked for just polish but the salon offers an array of options like shellac, gel, dip, designs among other things. Overall I was pleased with the quality, cleanliness, location and service. The salon is beautifully decorated and has bright lighting and a calm atmosphere. It wasn't loud and also not so overly busy or crowed on the day I went (a weekday). It was easy to get to and park. After inquiring at posh nails across the street (where they would not paint one nail for me (offered to pay for the service telling them it was my fault and that I had not gotten them done there) Absolute sat me right down repainted the one nail and were kind about it not even wanting to accept money but I insisted they take it. I had requested rounded squares and they just seem wider at the ends than my natural nails. They tried to sell me on tips and I just can't get over the prices. The pedicure area is very nice and clean, with big massage chairs. I like getting the deluxe pedi which I feel offers way more than the regular pedi for $20 more, with the hot stone massage and paraffin wax. The deluxe pedi is $57 i think which to me is still a splurge but worth it once a month or so. I also have never been pressured to get more services, which I appreciate.
