I started seeing her last July to help with chronic severe painful periods I've been experiencing since an injury to my pelvis a number of years ago. I saw shifts almost within the first month in both my cycle and pain levels, and continued improvement in the months following. During the visit, she described to me how my injury impacted my pelvis and all the soft tissues within it- the tension in my pelvis was contributing to the extremely painful periods I was getting month after month. She took time to give me instructions on self-care so that I could also continue the work at home in between sessions.
