I ended the call after she continued to speak over me and then said "your review won't affect our business because they know us." Then why did you call me? Here in America consumers have every right to leave reviews and share their experiences. The customer is always right. All of my reviews are left with integrity and because of the attitude and rudeness I will share this on social media and escalate it.

The guy said no problem bring it in the morning, pick it up at 5. Whole day for 2 tires? But I was working half a day so I asked him if I could bring it in at 12, he said that's fine. He said he'd work with me, hence the extra star. Dropped the car off at 12:30, cops did a fake tag enforcement on the Whitestone so I was late because of the traffic. Guy said it's fine, leave the keys and return at 5PM to pick it up. About 4:20 I receive a call from Ryan telling me they couldn't manage to get to my car. That it wouldn't be ready. I told him that was f****** awful service. He replied well I could say you dropped it off at 12:30 and it's also hot outside, we booked 40 appointments...couldn't get to you. Then why not tell me that when I dropped the car off? Or before? Then he asked should I return the tires, you don't want them anymore correct? I didn't reply to that because it was a ridiculous question, what do I care? I cared about getting my rear tires done but they don't seem to care about that, I'm supposed to care what they do with the tires now? Really? Bit of a joke that convo was but I didn't find it funny, Especially now that I have to take a roadtrip for the holiday without the peace of mind I was excepting to have. Not the end of the world I guess but this was my experience at Yorktown Tire Auto Care.
