I was driving on the 15 freeway and unluckily got a small rock chip in my windshield behind a truck. I quickly reached out to a few window repair shops/mobile services via Yelp and Brett answered within minutes. He offered mobile service for a small fee but even offered FREE in shop repair. I was in the area already also so I just dropped by the shop. Most other places were charging about $75-$100 mobile service fee. Brett was in the shop himself while all his technicians were out. He explained that these small chip repairs don't cost the shop much and took care of the small chip himself for me within 5 minutes. He was extremely patient in explaining the resin fill and process that requires good vacuum seal. I was in and out of the shop literally within 10 minutes with a repaired windshield at no cost. I brought in my Tesla to get my windshield replaced. Initially it was a small chip that became into a hairline crack overnight. Brett and his team was honest about what my car needs-- replacement and recalibration. After the replacement, brett told me I can do the recalibration myself which only takes 15 minutes. We had my mother's windshield replaced in January, and since then, we've experienced leaks during rain. I sent a message regarding this issue on February 13th, but I haven't received a reply. It seems the windshield might be the incorrect size, as water continues to leak into the car. We need this issue resolved under the warranty! read more

I was driving on the freeway this past week when I rock hit my windshield and made a crack in it. I didn't want the crack to spread so I went into Yelp to try to ask different companies for quotes. Yelp asked if I wanted to ask other companies and I was like "Sure why not?" I was so set on going to one close to my house that quoted me $65 but when I received a response from Avail saying it would be free if I went on site, I jumped at the opportunity. Brett, the owner, was super nice and wonderful. They were able to get it fixed in as little as 10-15 minutes! Although you can still see a small hole from the inside, it's significantly smaller and I know it won't spread since it's sealed. When I wanted to pay him a tip/money for helping me repair it, he wouldn't take the money and said it really was free. He was true to his word, which I didn't expect since nothing is ever free! Thank you!!! I truly appreciate Avail and will definitely recommend all my friends and family to come! If you're looking for an awesome place to repair a chipped window, you've definitely come to the right place! They also have mobile service repairs which is very convenient if you can't drive to their site in Rancho, but they do charge for that service. Called to get a Quote for an OEM Windshield Replacement for my BMW M2 Comp, I was told over the phone that they would call the dealer to get a price on the glass and then they would call to give me my quote to replace it. Apparently I had to be the one to call back twice, both times getting the run around. The last time I called to get a Quote the guy over the phone hadn't even bothered to give the dealer a call... he wanted to call them and then give me a call back? Again for the 3rd time?
