Horrible place to go they installed an after market glass on my car and the glass is not good you can't see clear through it the guy told me to bring it down and he'll switch for a new one and when I got to the shop they didn't want to take care of it and they we're playing stupid saying that they didn't see anything in the glass this is the second time I come back and now I need to cone back and talk to the owner. Don't waste your time if something is wrong with whatever part you get they are not going to take care of it read more

good windshield but was off to one side ... when ask to fix the guy said it will have to wait till tomorrow because it was 20 minutes to closing ... if they did it wrong I would think they would fix it right away ...guess I'll have to wait **update** So I went back to get it fixed witch after explaining to the guy(different guy) behind the counter what happened helped me very promptly witch was awesome ...so I get my car back and everything looked like it checked out ...centered and trimming from what i can see but the blue tape was over most of it (they told me to leave it on for at least a day)... So the next day I take the tape off and the top rubber trimming was installed up side down and obviously does not line up with the rest of the trimming smh... at this point i was very hesitant to go back for fear of something else going horribly wrong To close I'm not one to bash on people especially when it comes to there livelihood but damn REALLY???... read more

I have used this place for over 10 years and have always had good results and you can't beat the prices.

My experience was a nightmare!!! Save yourself a lot of trouble and go elsewhere!!! First, I was quoted one price on the phone by the manager and when I got there the installer tired to tell me it was $20 more. After speaking with the Manager/Owner he agreed to the original price he quoted me (I should have left but decided to go ahead with the windshield replacement). When it was done everything looked good but when I took a closer look they had forgotten to replace the plastic tabs that cover the screws on the bottom of the windshield cover. They also left some black glass adhesive on the inner passenger pillar. I drove way thinking it was best not to get into it again over these small things. As I drove on to Milliken, MY GLASS STARTED TO CRACK FROM THE BOTTOM NEAR THE PASSENGER-SIDE WINDSHEILD WIPER!!! I drove straight back and they said a rock must have hit it and it was my fault. The Manager and I went round and round for about 10 minutes. We finally discovered that the glass was incorrectly installed on the bottom where there is a piece that holds and stops the glass from sliding down. They installed the glass on top of this plastic stop when it should have been above the stop. They did it correct in the driver-side stop but NOT on the passenger-side stop. This unbalanced installation is what caused the glass to crack. They said I would have to come back next week because they were closing and that they had to order a new glass. Needless to say, I didn't go back because I feared they would screw something else up. I also needed to get the windshield fixed ASAP because I was so badly cracked that I would definitely get pulled over for driving with it that condition. Lesson learned - I tried to save money by going to them but ended up paying more that double and wasted a lot of time. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more
