My power window regulator broke. Called Gabriel and he came out the next day to assess the issue. He took apart my door and was able to stabilize my window to stay up and said he would be back later that day to finish. He never came and I had to call him to ask when he was going to come. He said he was going to rebuild the part and install later. He was due to come back 2 days later in the morning but again he didn't come or call me to let me know anything. I texted him again and asked politely when he would be by to finish the repair. He finally came on 1/13/24 and I was grateful it got fixed. He said his work was guaranteed and we called it a day. Fast forward to last night on 3/18/24 my window regulator broke AGAIN. I called him to let him know what had happened and he said he would call me back . Granted I know he is busy and I respect that but I just had him work on my car just about 2 months ago. He called me back and we agreed he would come by today, 3/19 to at least stabilize my window and take the regulator to fix. He never came...what a surprise. I called him around 11 to check status and he said he would arrive in an hour. I waited 2 hours and he never came. I sent a text message and asked him if he would be available to come to repair the work that he did and here I am writing this review due to his lack of response. I would have completely been okay with him saying he could come tomorrow or a day this week but the unprofessionalism that he displayed with never responding was unacceptable. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thankfully I found a reliable repairman and it got fixed. read more
