I contacted them initially to come fix a fridge at our business. I allowed the tech in, and had to leave. He called to tell me the repair was done. When I came to check the work (the tech was not there at the time), the fridge was not working. So I texted. And called. Texted and called some more. Finally I got the guy back, he got the fridge to start cooling down, and I was told I could reach out with any issues. I paid my invoice, even adding a tip, because he told me he moved his schedule around to (finally) come fix the fridge. So I sent a follow up text...and call,and texted and called multiple times. None of which were returned. I finally called the dispatch line. They profusely apologized and said a manager would call me back in an hour. That, friends, was a week ago. Today I called and texted multiple times. Aside from an apology there has been no follow up by Summit Logistics or its tech. Read other reviews on this company, my story is nearly identical to several others who placed trust in them to stand by their work. I would NEVER recommend Summit Logistics.
