Very kind I will mention the lighting in the store isn't great and it's easy to miss the condition of the furniture. Though I liked my chairs I found dirt and use marks I missed at the store Now the truly awful- I consigned a rug. It sold quickly but I didn't receive payment. I stopped in and they told me they have 30-60 days to send me check. Sixty days came and went-no check. I stopped in three more times over a period of another 6 weeks - no check sent . Finally I made a low key stink and with reluctance I finally got paid. That's when I read the reviews and found this is a common trend for the owner of this store. This was a stressful experience. You can do well at this store but as you read they don't stand by the customer should the need arise.

The R&F Clearance Center was running a great sale, and we decided to make the most of it. Enter stage right Angelia Gibson-Ayres and her sales representative! They were helpful without being pushy and informative without being impatient. We were treated like valuable customers as they listened to, provided guidance for, and suggested ideas about, our needs and goals. The exceptional customer service made us feel like winners! I almost forgot what a true sales professional's conversation sounded like in this post-COVID world. They discounted it "to compensate for the hole" but he was still forced to pay more money for the 2nd smaller piece. BUT IT GETS WORSE...when the same movers brought the 2nd piece, they broke the entry door to the apartment. They broke a hinge and laughed about it. They said they couldn't help, and sent us to COASTER FINE FURNITURE who is the manufacturer of the table and chairs. They did nothing - stating IT WAS UP TO THE FURNITURE DEALER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. AND UNITED FURNITURE, MOE & AHMAD SAID IT WAS UP TO COASTER TO GUARANTEE. THERE WAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY - and they put us off until the year was up! I USED THE TABLE ONCE AND IT WAS RUINED. Each one promised they could replace the tabletop, but said the other company had to do it. THEY DID NOTHING BUT SMILE, NOD AND BLAME THE OTHER COMPANY. We did this for months - and I got screwed -- because I'd end up spending more in legal fees than the table is worth. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. ALSO! They used to have a yelp site, or some other business review site, and the only notes on it were from the owners/managers saying how great the furniture and company is! That is also against Yelp Rules. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES ABOUT THIS PLACE. They sell substandard furniture and then refuse to reimburse the customer! My next stop? The Service center then said that it was reported that the couches were considered "floor models so they were sold as is". I said, I didn't get that communication AT ALL.
