Well, I had the watch back for under a week and one of the links snagged my sweater. I returned to the jewelry shop and they made all kinds of excuses as to why they were not responsible.... I explained that to them and they advised me not to worry about the result. They charged me $50 for the cleaning which was higher than the $25 I usually pay but it was worth it.
