Ehhhhhhh, no... In fact, I had to try to hold a straight face when she gave me the initial quote that was almost $900 less than the next lowest quote...I thought she was joking After talking to her rep on the phone, they came up about $400 dollars, but still no where near what I could get it someplace else.... With that said, I had to decline the offer, and walked out with my silver in hand, and a few complimentary chocolate mints that were quite lovely... All-in-all though the lady, Christine, was SUPER NICE and polite...she wasn't worth losing 1/2 of what my silver bullion was worth... The reason I ranked it a 2-star instead of a 1-star was because she was so pleasant...but the part of this business model (at least, from a consumer standpoint) is to get the most money for the customer... And they don't come nowhere NEAR what a jewelry store was offering me... All being said, if someone doesn't mind losing a few hundred bucks, then try this place out. I personally think it was worth the 20 minutes I drove, and $3 worth of gas, to go to James & Sons, in trade for a few more Benjamins than what GoldMax could offer...

Today I had my first experience at Zembar Jewelers and it was great. I needed to get a wedding ring resized. They were able to take care of me with same day service. My ring was resized and ready for me within 30 minutes. I had called several other Jewelers before going to Zembar and basically everyone else said the ring would have to be sent out for resizing and would be back in 7-10 days. Zembar did the job quickly and with quality. My 40 year old ring looks like new again and fits better than it has in many years. Thanks Zembar! read more

I walked by the store and saw a kiosk offering CUSTOM engraved items available on the spot! It was soooo cool! I purchased a water bottle and in less than 10 minutes I had it personalized how I wanted. What a neat idea. I also was able to get my watch battery changed and got some great information that most places never tell you! Thank you for being so helpful. read more

If you are looking for sincerely wonderful staff and great work, I've had several watches cleaned and fixed, and even had a lovely plaque made there while I waited. They have beautiful jewelry to purchase at reasonable costs and are running some sales now for Easter gifts. Stop by and you won't be disappointed!! read more
