So much plastic and cleavage and makeup...she started to wait on me, then all of a sudden, another customer came in and she felt she was more important than I was, and she left me standing there. I needed a simple downsizing of a gold diamond ring. Was quoted $60 upon inspection. The person helping us when we dropped it off insisted on checking the solitaire I wear with the ring. Its new, so no problem with any of the 6 prongs on the platinum ring.He went through a testing process to check to see if it was a real diamond and the stamp for platinum even though that ring was not being sized. He was just nosy. Picking up the ring the price changed to $100 for a simple sizing. I didn't appreciate their attitude on the ring and their upcharge. We wont be back. Also the extra gold they took off the ring wasn't returned. I am used to that as being a standard practice.I didn't like them at all. read more

I have been buying from Crescent jewelers since its existence. This is the most honest jeweler in the area. Pandora? hardly fine jewelry so whoever is complaining about the lack of pandora should go to the mall...This place carries great stones, and fine metals. I would not consider going anywhere else.
