I had to cancel an appointment due to a sick child at 23 hours plus some minutes. So very close to 24 hours. Lindsey immediately charged me full price for my first cancellation & said "I charged your card on file" . I understand the loss of a service but not even a " hey, is everything okay" "I want to give you the benefit of the doubt" & maybe charge half price. Now I will not return I even waited a day to think about if I should leave a review. I have been flexible for her over the 1 1/2 years but I was not treated the same. First the assessment. Genie takes a good look at my face and skin texture and, at the same time explains what she sees and what she thinks I need. I replied: Please by all means make me bright and shiny! Two hours of pampering, steaming, peeling, and some gentle strokes across my face. She's very gentle and super efficient. Of course, I couldn't see most of the time but I could tell she was working her magic. Every product she applied smell so heavenly and friendly. I never reacted like cough or get irritated at all. Everything smelled so yummy. You know how some smell you don't do well with. Not one problem as I have in the past. Not her products. She explained that these products are well picked and within every regulations of aesthetic guidelines. I'm all for that! Products are both from Korea and Germany. All in all, Genie made sure I was comfy. She's open for any questions if I had any. This place is super clean. Best of all, she's on time! One thing to remember is to either keep your appointment or cancel within 24 hrs. Otherwise, it will cost you half or the full amount. I couldn't remember what time I booked the appointment so I went onto her website to check, it showed cancelled. No notice, no nothing. I then texted Jessica asking if she accidentally cancelled that one too, assuming it was an error. I still needed a sugaring at this point. I asked her if she could stay late or come in a little early as this cancellation was not told to me. I was willing to be flexible, but needed her to be also. I asked her multiple times to give me a day that worked best for her. She never did. Said I needed to go book time on her website and that it wasn't her fault that they had been cancelled. I assumed she would be a smart enough business woman, to understand if she made a mistake to own it and be willing to fit for a long time customer. She wasn't. Her responses were rude and unprofessional. Saying "What can't you believe? That I'm not being over backwards to rip out your crotch hair out when there is a million other places you can go because my schedule doesn't work with yours?...you are being such a princess. I don't need this stupidity in my life." Mind you, she picked a profession that "rips out crotch hair" and I guess I was "being a princess" because she wouldn't help figure out a time that worked for both of us, after cancelling TWO appointments in the last week. Needless to say, I will never be going back and you shouldn't either. If you would like to actually have your appointments kept and someone professional, do not go here. Update: After posting this review Jessica again decided to text me about how I am "a piece shit" and that she "called the police and contacted her lawyer".
