Love this place. Ladies are so nice and easy to work with. They do an excellent job on my nails and feet. I've gone to a few different places since moving to the area and one was just plain rude, one place totally ignored me, and another did a really bad job including cutting one of toes badly. I went in with my daughter to get a manicure/pedicure for Christmas. We had a horrible experience, first I wanted to do a regular pedicure for my daughter and after repeating myself a million times they insisted that she should do a gel manicure and pedicure because it would last longer. I was tired of repeating myself so I gave in. After my pedicure was done they sat me down to do my manicure, and my daughter was sat away far behind me where I could not easily see her or interact with her. I was not asked to confirm her nail colors after she was done she came to me looking sad because they had not done the two color combinations she had selected. I had to ask them to do that afterwards, and of course they seemed bothered and just rushed her through it by adding a thick layer of more get on top of the one she already had. This horrible job of a manicure was coming off as soon as we got home. It has only been a week and it's all coming off even a regular manicure at a reputable nail salon looks better and lasts longer than this. Now let me tell you about my experience with my own manicure. The woman who did my nails had my cuticles bleeding and did not seemed to care that I looked bothered. She kept filling my nails even though they were so short that there was nothing to file. The brush they used for pedicure was so disgusting I was regretting being there at that moment. I spent over $120 on a horrible manicure / pedicure the experience was horrible and the job was done very poorly. They force you to get something you don't want only to do a very poor job. I hope this is useful to anyone considering going in there. SAVE YOUR MONEY go somewhere else!!! read more

My mother in law and daughter went for pedicures. The customer service was terrible!! The nail techs seemed highly annoyed that they were there and were coughing and not even covering their mouths. Three different people worked on them and one lady literally threw their feet back into the tub. Pick another place if you're looking to get a mani or pedi! We have been to the place beside O'Reily's and they were friendly, clean and our pedicures looked great! read more

4 hours for 3 Mani/Pedis. Nothing fancy nothing complicated just simple nails. These nails are good from far and far from good, the amount of bubbles and streaks alone would be enough to make me not want to go back but what really got me was the nail tech cutting my finger open while filing.She was filing my nails so aggressively she cut me. The service wasn't the best as for when I said "Oww" and pulled my hand back she kept filing. She didn't get a tip and I ALWAYS tip. That's all, thank you. read more

Had a pedi there a while back and if was worth the money. Word of advice though they get busy so go early.

I have been to several nail salons and have to say this one will give the best experience! Have been several times now and my pedi's and mani's are done well every time as well as their courtesy is consistent and impressive! They even stayed late to finish so that my nails were done just as they knew I liked them! I recommend this salon to everyone! read more

Awful experience! Do not go here! Despite me asking multiple times they refused to paint my nails the color I chose. They didn't even fully remove the polish I had on my nails before painting over and I left with paint all over my hands. read more

Wish I could rate even lower. Called for an appt. Was told I didn't need one, just come in. Arrived 20 minutes later and waited 45 minutes before they told mei would have another wait of probably 30 minutes. If they had told me upon my arrival , I obviously would have left. The attitude they had when I questioned them was really rude. I can sort of understand waiting an hour for a dr, but not a nail salon!
