One minor thing that didn't bother me but could potentially bother others is that some of the treatment rooms have windows that see into a hallway of the main building. The windows are darkened but they're not private so someone walking into the building can see you while you're on your appointment. This didn't bother me during the appointment but if privacy is important to you then maybe look into a different salon.

I canceled the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and the business confirmed this. Instead of releasing the hold to my credit card, she charged me $100 dollars. During my interaction with the business, they did not mention anything of a non-refundable charge until I inquired about the unauthorized charge on my credit card. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company and submitted proof with screenshots that the appointment confirmation outlined the cancellation policy and proof that I followed the policy! They have opened an investigation and credited my money back! This would have been the first time using this business, and this is not how we treat customers. I would understand the charge if I had been a "no show" or last-minute cancellation, but this was not the case! Do not use his business. They are crooks!

I was told it would cost me another $75. I was interrogated about how I had been caring for the lashes and eventually told it was all my fault why the lashes had fallen out. I've worn lashes since 2014 and never had this many fall out so soon and also never been treated so poorly by an owner of a business. I was accused of "sleeping on my side" and "brushing the lashes incorrectly" with the brush I was given and told to use to brush them with. She ended up telling me she didn't need me as a customer because she already had plenty of customers. Her salon was empty and 1 person was getting a pedicure while I was there. Erika was the girl who did my lashes and she's very nice. The owner of this business has no clue about the meaning of customer service and will flat out tell you if you want something like getting a few more lashes put in to replace the ones that disappeared you can forget about it.
