Best pedi in Rockport. Clean. Clean tools. Clean chairs, etc. They always offer you a water, even coffee. $20 for a great pedi, but if you have the time spend the $40 and get the deluxe with hot stones. So relaxing, friendly staff. Not many chairs though so call ahead!! read more

This is a nice, clean salon. They were very busy but got people out quickly without the quality of their work being effected or looking rushed. Handled a crowd well and made sure everyone was satisfied before they left. I would go back again. read more

I usually go to Q Nails or Corner Nail Bar, but since they were packed I decided to try this place…read moreinstead. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing from the moment I walked in. The guy doing my nails was extremely rude and seemed irritated anytime I asked questions about what he was doing. I originally asked for a full set of builder gel, but he kept insisting on doing a fill instead -- which was totally fine, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for a full set. When I asked about it, he immediately got annoyed. I also asked to look at builder gel colors, and he told me no because he was "doing a fill," then pushed me into choosing a cat eye color that I never wanted in the first place. When I said I only wanted a simple French tip, he got visibly frustrated, raised his voice, and said, "Well what do you want then?" while acting like I was complaining the entire time. I was being completely polite the whole appointment. I've honestly never complained about my nails before, but if I'm paying for a service, I should be allowed to ask questions and speak up about what I want. To make things worse, he added color over the builder gel that I never asked for, and the French tips were sloppy and uneven. After he finished, he just walked away without saying anything. I paid and spoke to the lady at the front desk about my concerns, and she basically told me I should've said something earlier and that my nails "didn't look bad." They absolutely did -- even my boyfriend noticed, and guys hardly ever notice nails. She eventually had another lady fix them, and I do appreciate her for trying because they definitely looked better than what the guy originally left me with. The pictures don't fully show it, but I can still feel all the bumps and unevenness on the nails. The most upsetting part is that one of my natural nails is now cracked, and I had spent forever growing them out. The salon was completely empty, so there was really no reason for the attitude or rushing. Overall, I won't be returning.
