I had issues setting up my computer to two external monitors. I had my IT at my office, set it up,…read morebut it did not work. I went to Best Buy and the geek crowd gave me amazing service. They set it up and showed me how to do it and help you take pictures so I wouldn't forget how to set it up when I got home. They went above and beyond what I expected. I've dealt with them on several occasions and I've had no issues. When something goes wrong, you can return the things you buy purely easily. I can't speak for the rest of the store but as regards to the computers section, I can certainly recommend them. Thank you to the young man who helped you set this up.

I went online to check prices and in store availability of ranges. A good value model was listed as…read moreavailable in store. I drove across town to buy it. I managed to track down a person who was involved in appliance sales and asked him to show me the available electric ranges in stock. He lead me to the microwave oven area ?? and I said "the electric ranges appear to be back in the area we left?" (skipping the confusion) back we went and I saw the one I wanted and was advises that it wasn't available for sale. I said it is showing online as being available in store? It was not showing on his online enquiry so I went up a few steps for a more expensive model with fewer features. A discussion ensued. I said "I am sorry, I just want to buy it, not discuss it." Then clarification of whether I was paying by cash or credit card. I said credit card. That is rung through and I ask if anybody can help me put it in my van. He said he would have to check the warehouse. The answer came back ........ NO. I asked how to other seniors get their purchases? He advised that they have people come to help them put what they buy in their vehicles. I said "Perhaps if you could have somebody put it on a lift cart and push it to my vehicle in front of the door, I might be able to shove it in myself? Not in the cards. I thanked him. Went home, and then I thought maybe Home Hardware on Torbay Road has one. At Home Hardwear? They had a sales person who helped me shove it in my van and now it is installed. Best Buy? Should be renamed. Best AVOID

Go elsewhere!!! She totally do not know how to do alterations. My daughter took her wedding dress…read moreto her and ended up so disappointed in the out come. This lady offered to fix it ..thanks but no thanks . We took her dress elsewhere to be fixed. Turn out beautiful once it was fixed by someone who knew what to do !!!!

I actually traveled from Gander to bring my bridesmaid dress to the lady tailor to have it altered…read morebecause it was highly recommended to me. Biggest mistake ever! My dress was a size too big. It has a corset back. The lady who fitted me said all i needed to do was move the snaps and take in one side from the waist to the knees, which cost me $70. When i took the dress home and tried it on, I almost cried. where the snaps had been moved, when the dress was tied up, there was way too much material in the back. you couldn't even see the V shape of the corset. the back of the dress stuck out and looked like I had a tail. So I went back the second time, and the same lady told me there wasn't much she could do except maybe press it out?? I kept asking her about taking it in and she said no it wouldn't work...so finally she went and asked another lady in the back room who looked at the dress and said it was pulled too tight and needed to be taken in....and I thought to myself...thank god, someone knows what they are doing! I go back to get my dress, and I end up paying ANOTHER $80 only to find the snaps that were moved are now falling off, my dress STILL has a tail, and the sides that were taken in aren't even. Thank you lady tailor for over charging me, ruining my dress, and not taking responsibility for it. unless you need your pants hemmed, or some simple straight sewing, go elsewhere!
