I called the companies in around the drop off area and got denied due to the pick up location "not in range" which is a weird way to deny business if they're dropping off in the same area. (My logic) Heres where Joel comes in. Joel was pretty much the only guy right in the middle. I called and had a short chat over the phone and jotted his estimate down in the midst of calling everyone else. It was thought the car just needed a few simple things. When it was clear nothing was working we caved and called Joel. Joel was happy to have been called where others were not, his customer service was through the roof! He was WILLING to go the distance and put my mind at ease where stress had been ALL day. He came in a timely manner and scooped up the car and was even able to go with the flow when we changed the drop off location (which was fairly closer than originally) and even shaved off a bit of the initial estimate. (Mind you this was the ONE time both me and my sister were short on money) we didnt have much scraped up together so and it was already a rough day.
