Do not use this company!! Zero stars!! My car was stuck in the gravel ditch and I called the tow truck to free me. This driver drove up and had such an attitude and was extremely rude. Then when he finally pulled my car out he tried to free up the steering wheel and the key in the process he broke my ignition cylinder. My car no longer as an on position and now won't lock because the computer thinks the keys are still in the ignition. When I called to report the issue this driver answered. When I told him I had an issue and he got all defensive saying that my car was already broken and my cylinder was like that. And he said, I quote, "all due respect I'm not the idiot that drove it in the ditch." If your drivers can't be calm and collect in a situation where people already are upset, frustrated, or hurt. Then don't send them because they just make the situation worse. read more

I am a 78 year old man, My wife and I were driving through Aberdeen WA. We hit something that blew out my front tire. Called Honda's free towing service on a Sunday morning and was told it might be an hour and a half. We were so frustrated. Nobody showed so called no no's tow. He was there in five minutes, pouring rain, and put on our spare at a reasonable charge. I highly recommended this service. read more

zero stars if there were negative points I'dr ate them lower. I had my car towed on a Friday. I called Saturday to ask price. He failed to tell me they were closed. I showed up and called back when asked why I wasn't told they were closed he said "ugh you didn't ask" very rude! I shouldn't have had to I'm obviously calling about my vehicle. He again failed to tell me the daily storage fee. Seemed bothered to be speaking to me. I showed up Monday morning to get my car and the price had gone up. I told the guy you guys aren't very informative on the phone. He looked back to the man who I had dealt with on the phone telling him he needs to be more informative on the phone...he then started yelling at me lying that I had hung up on him before he has the chance to tell me the hours which is not true. They had towed my friends car and she wasn't available to get it out; so we arrived 5 minutes after the auction was suppose to start; and didn't see anyone; we went inside; we said we wanted to bid on the car but we were told the towing company bought it; because we were late; conflict of interest they can't hold a fair auction if they are allowed to buy it; it wasn't even brought of of the lot. read more

He came quickly and helped get my friends truck out, but he quoted me $50 on the phone and then when he showed up with the police he said I lied to him and told him the truck was High centered but it was in a ditch.
