Most mass advertising lawyers operate by getting as many cases as possible. They hire 100's of lawyers to quickly process as many cases and quickly as possible. Their business model does not allow the time to represent you individually. Keep this in mind when they quickly wish to settle. Most mass lawyers really operate on turning over as many cases as possible. That process makes a lot of money but they will not be able to represent you well. Be very careful in this stage of the process. Do not speak with or respond to the letters and calls from the other persons representatives. This is where the Mark Aprahamian Law Firm comes in. They took the time to get many details about my case as well as to get to know me as a person. They will take care of everything and keep you updated during each step of the process. I was involved in a complicated accident. My car was damaged and I was hurt. The Aprahamian Law Firm took care of contacting the other insurance company.
