I'm a local illustrator / designer and constantly need stuff printed, usually last minute to boot. They're the quickest place I've ever been to for all the jobs I've taken to them thus far, and to be honest, they're always my first choice. They're always friendly, calm, and professional, a real pleasure to work with. The pricing is phenomenal and if you're doing prints, you get a *much* better quality paper compared to other places around the valley. They also allow for small orders of things like coiled books and stuff like that, which is handy. The only real downside is that they are only a Mon-Fri 9-5 type schedule but you can usually email them and they are great about communication and working with you. If you're not a human wreck on a weird schedule like me, 9-5 is not a problem anyway, really. :D read more

When I discovered the file was not compatible with many local printing options such as Costco and Staples, I was in a panic. Someone recommended Cox Printing to me, and I'm so thankful that they did. Within 30 minutes of calling them, I had the digital file sent, printing options chosen, and a very affordable quote. They were able to complete the invitations the same day and I was able to pick up the following morning. They even included envelopes and some extras which will make a great keepsake. Awesome print shop for coil bound books, and bulk copying, and color. My booklets are great quality, better than expected since I chose the cheapest paper grade. Most affordable in east valley. Way better rates than online big chains like staples or fedex. I called all the print shops in east valley because I had many pdf booklets to print out since we are homeschooling. Now I send all my printing needs to Cox. Very polite, and printing service turn around is very fast, like a day. Very happy to have found this shop! read more

After hiring another company and getting a less than desirable outcome for my save the date cards, I hired Cox printing to pick up the slack from the other company and save my printed wedding materials! They were able to help me fix what the other guys had messed up and blew away any expectations that I had. I was so beyond impressed by the great communication, wonderful designs and prices that were more than fair, as well as a great value! I met with their designer and explained to her my troubles with what had happened with the other company. Though she didn't have to be, she was totally sympathetic and apologetic. She helped me pick out a design and walked me through customizing it. She listened to all of my crazy ideas for our not so traditional wedding theme and came up with a design that really wowed our friends and family when they received our save the dates and RSVPs in the mail. Truly one of a kind designs that you won't see anywhere else! Our wedding was over 6 months ago and I still hear about how the invitation was so cool and how it's still on their fridge! I had cox printing do my wedding invitations. I sat down with the designer and showed her ideas of what I wanted. She did well with showing my options in different type of paper and font. They then sent me a few days later a sample of the design. We really liked me and loved how inexpensive they were for us - less than $100. Best part was I had them print addresses on the envelope so sending invitations was such a positive experience for us. Had them also do thank you post cards for us with pictures from our wedding. Again I sent an example of what I wanted from Pinterest and it looked very similar. They are prompt to answer there phones and emails with any other additional questions I had. My wife and I were running behind getting our baby shower announcements out. We checked Costco, Shutterfly, Walgreens, and anyone else we could find. Shutterfly could get them to us the way we wanted (matte double sided) but they were going to charge $250 to get them in 3 days. Costco could do it for $140 but it took 5-10 business days, no rush options. We were panicking. Then my mother-in-law remembered using Cox Printing for our brother's grad announcements. I called them and all was solved. The girl that answered the phone was super happy and encouraging. She said that since we already had then designed, they could get them done within a few hours and just the way we want them. I submitted the order, and went by after work that day. The invitations were perfect. Exactly what we wanted. The staff there was super friendly. And they were only cheaper than all the other options, coming in at $120. I will never even look at anyone else for printing invitations and announcements. They did awesome! read more

My mom used them for her wedding invitations, and now my brother is using their company for his wedding invitations. Again, I have to say. Cox Printing is the worst place to go to. They do not know what they are doing there and cannot follow simple email instructions. I sent a file for them two weeks ago to print a sample for me, it was about a 50 page catalog. My instructions was " I would like the cover to be semi-gloss hard cover and the insides black and white". After two weeks of non-return calls or responses to emails, I finally got to speak with someone yesterday, saying to come pick my sample up. So in my mind I thought maybe I judge them wrong early, but apparently I was right when I made my judgement. When I arrived to pick up my sample, it was nothing what I expected or asked for. I got a all black & white copy of an eight page catalog left on the counter for me. Service was no good, and the staff there is unfriendly. Will never go there again, I guess cheap service is what you will get, with cheap cost. read more
