Overall experience was very frustrating due to lack of communication. Main reason I'm giving 2 stars over 1 is because, Chris, the graphic designer was very helpful and made sure to produce a very high quality of print for the vehicle wrap. This process started with the owner Eric to get a quote. It was when I reached back later on to follow up a few months later to make sure quoted price didn't change that things started to go downhill. Eric handed me off to Anthony, the studio manager; I figured one would just look at previous quote and confirm price. This is where the confusion seemed to begin. Instead of just a double check it turned into several emails asking questions about what they were doing when I was clear it was a full wrap of car with no windows or design. We decided to proceed with job and I dropped off a check in full to the shop where I met Anthony. He went out to take photos of the car in its current state of the car. I was in the middle of taking off old wrap. The quote that was given was a full digital wrap of all painted surfaces. In my mock up design of the print it was clear that my car had a spoiler on it. In the first meeting with Anthony I brought up once more to make sure the price included the spoiler as I had another spoiler that was black or could wrap it myself. I had already paid for the job in full and didn't want to add more cost if not needed. Original day we discussed of install was the 28th. There was no communication about when they needed design in by so they could print and laminate the vinyl. I got the design in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving which after speaking to Chris, he didn't seem to think they would get it in on Monday as he was the only one at the shop that week. I was called the next day to be told drop off of Monday evening and they would get to install that Tuesday. Monday comes and it's not till 1:30 in the day that I'm called to be told the installer had covid and needed to reschedule to the following Monday. I sent further pictures to Anthony that week in between that the installer wanted to see to show the car had been prepped for wrap. In these photos I had no side skirts or spoiler on the car. Later in the week I spoke with Chris. He called me to say some of the print was pixelating and was able to get him the high res photos needed to fix the issue. This was the moment I proceeded to ask Chris how in depth they went with taking apart the car. I have prior wrap experience working for a shop so I was trying to make their job as easy as I could. I asked if I should leave off door panels so they can take door handles off or if they wanted side skirts or spoiler left off or put back on beforehand. Chris had no knowledge of spoiler since on their template they don't have one and was never told otherwise. So at drop off that Monday I went over the car and inquired about the spoiler again. Anthony was not in at this point. I left and shortly after received a call from Anthony saying that he was sorry he missed me and he wanted to make sure I knew that wrapping the windows was extra....confused I said yes I know that wasn't in the quote. So I'm not sure if that wasn't passed along to the designer or what happened that no windows were being wrapped. Regardless that was his only question to me. NOTHING was said about the spoiler. I got the call in the afternoon that the car was finished and ready to be picked up. On the way over I received and invoice saying another 166 dollars was owed for the spoiler. Of course when I called in to speak with Anthony he wasn't in. Eric was there when I arrived and just claimed based on the photos of the car with no side skirts or spoiler that were sent for the installer that the spoiler was never there even though Anthony has photos on his phone with spoiler on. So I paid for Anthony's mistake. I reached back out through email to Anthony to express unhappiness about the spoiler and to say that the mirrors hadn't been wrapped and hood had issues from what I guess was tape being left on it. No response to emails has been received. read more
