The owner mentioned that it's not fair to other customers -I'm just wondering where is the equity and fairness issue for a client like me who calked a day earlier and had a Medical emergency to deal with. She also adjusted the price since I was mostly getting extensions in the front instead of my whole head, making it more manageable. Kelley placed the extensions right under the bangs which helped them blend and made them nearly invisible when brushed and styled. The extra hair allowed me to finally put the bangs behind my ears since they were about eye length. These extensions lasted me from September to December and I even dyed and cut them twice (at a hairdresser this time, don't worry).
