Clarence and Warley always have an excuse why they can answer the phone or text back. I paid over 2600 dollars fora deposit. Warley only be onsite twice for 5 minutes. Clarence came once after the work was starting to be performed. They left all the materials on my grass now the grass is dying. When you speak to them whenever that is they assure you that everything will be handled. I wouldn't advise to use them. They are doing too many jobs at once so smaller jobs get the least amount of attention and professionalism.

No matter how many times it's been repaired or camouflaged, it all comes back. I finally had it, after attempted faux pavers myself, to cover-up in '17 and again in '19. I hired an amazing contractor that did this gorgeous masterpiece. I wanted to share his art for others that may want a solution to these FL concrete driveway woes. He custom cut flagstone style and incorporated the natural cracks into it. Completely hiding all the horror. Then he did texturing, layered colors and finished with an antique sealer. I also had him build a accessibility ramp for our front entrance, and it blends in beautifully. I spent quite awhile finding the perfect guy. His price was very competitive, maybe a couple hundred over the other few I took bids from. That was after researching at least a dozen others. I chose him because I could tell it was literally his passion and art, not just a job. I even ended up hiring him to repaint and antique my back lanai/pool area too. I would hands-down recommend and hire Charles and his crew again.

This has been the worst experience with a small business, I own a small business and even on my…read moreworst day I don't drop the ball like this guy and scam ppl. He came out to the house, i had to provide him tools ( should have ran at this point ) so he can measure. I gave him the benefit of the doubt asked for a quote , he gave me a quote, we agreed and gave him the deposit (50%). This company didnt call all week, we had to constantly reach out, finally we spoke and he said the trailer is down and that he cant find a dumpster. he can't get the rocks as he had no dump that he can't get for the amount he quoted so I offer to get him a dump unfortunately that fell through and at this point I should not be having to help him get the job done so I cancelled the job, as soon as I send him that message he magically has all the stuff now and won't refund my money it seam that this is a common with this guy lack of communication he's keeping all the deposit just to come out and measure things will be reaching the bbb and the police for theft and unfortunately take him to court hope this helps to keep you far away from this company they seem to have con artist like practice

I had a concrete slab poured by Ideal Concrete on 7/1/24 and the invoice specifications says, "Form…read moreand pour 17x11' patio in rear of home . 4" thick , 3,000 PSI with fiber mesh". Then I hired a company to build a screened porch on the slab. Now they found out there is no permit for that, the thickness of the slab is not 4" so the slab does not meet the criteria to handle the structure. The description on the invoice does not fit the actual construction of the slab. I was told that I have to dismantle the slab and has to get whole new slab. I paid $1900 for the slab.
