Unfortunately, my experience with the management company has been very different. The renewal process was frustrating, confusing, and disappointing. The explanations I received about pricing didn't match the advertised prices I could see publicly at the time. Renewal offers for existing residents were often higher than rents being advertised for new residents, even before promotional incentives like one, two, or three months of free rent were factored in. My renewal offer for one of the smaller one-bedroom apartments was higher than the advertised rent for several two-bedroom apartments and higher than every advertised one-bedroom that was available when I was renewing. This isn't simply an introductory promotion like you might see with cable or internet service. Unlike those promotions, the lower starting rent can remain lower for years. If future rent increases are applied similarly to everyone, the new resident continues paying less than a comparable long-term resident because those increases are applied to different starting rents. That means a loyal resident can ultimately pay thousands of dollars more over the years simply because they chose to remain loyal residents instead of becoming new residents. As a long-term resident, that didn't feel like loyalty was being rewarded. The amenities look great, but in practice they weren't consistently available despite being advertised as amenities available to residents. There were enough closures and restrictions that they often didn't live up to expectations. Another ongoing issue is the tone of management's communication. Residents regularly receive mass emails warning about violations and possible fines. Even when the messages aren't directed at you, the constant warnings create an atmosphere that feels more punitive than community-oriented. I genuinely wanted to stay because I enjoyed living here and appreciated the excellent on-site staff. Unfortunately, the renewal process and the management company's approach to existing residents ultimately convinced me to move elsewhere. Inspira has the potential to be an excellent community, but in my experience, the management company's policies overshadow what the on-site staff works so hard to provide.

A day in the life as a 5 year resident at Inspira…read more I wake up, open the blinds to let the sun shine in my living room, along with my view of the fountain on the preserve. I enjoy my coffee on the balcony, and just relax. If I don't want to make the coffee, I stroll to the clubhouse to enjoy a designer cup, such as Espresso, Latte, tea, etc. I then head up to the gym, which is always clean, and work out in a quiet atmosphere, occasionally sitting on the balcony overlooking the magnificent, resort style pool area. Cabanas, hammocks, palm trees, and a private grill area. How fortunate I feel!! As the day goes on, I look at the event calendar, and check to see my options. Yoga nights, " Wine Down Wednesdays", various international food nights, and, of course Holiday cheer!!!! I have a dog, and I walk him on the grounds, and, take him to our dog park. We have made many friends there!!! And, although I don't play Pickle Ball, my family visits to enjoy playing on our well kept grounds. But, perhaps the most important to me is the warm staff that I sometimes visit, just to stay "Hello"....It's such a wonderful feeling to know I can walk downstairs and chat with them. I am so very grateful that I have found my new home, kind folks, sweet children, and all the beauty the Florida has to offer!!!!~
