Experience was good but not satisfactory. I've noticed that she did not take time in scrubbing my foot while my co-workers are getting their foot scrubbed and callus removed. You noticed that there was not even any flakes on the cloth she used for me because she did scrub them for a minute or less. I was observing how the other ladies are doing my friends' and they were all taking the time to scrub. I haven't had spa for years so there's no way that there's nothing to remove. I did not want to ask or complain as I did not want her to feel humiliated as everyone would hear for sure. It couldn't be possible that she forgot as she should be trained on how to do it and should take time to give an excellent spa experience. The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable except for the manicure section which is isolated and so tiny, it does not feel comfortable.

I was warned that it would only last about a month, however it somehow lasted for 4 months until I switched to red. The service was great, I got many compliments from other hair dressers in the salon during the whole 3 hour process and had a great conversation with the lady who did my hair. I only paid $120 and it was worth every penny. This place offers great haircuts as well. The salon itself is extremely clean, well lit, spacious and had a very welcoming atmosphere. I believe that they are a new start-up business, so I can forgive the low star appearance; however, my advice to the owner would be that if you want to gain (and keep) potential clients, put a little more effort into your customer service (and answer your phones!!) A friend told me to check this place out because I live nearby and used to work at the liquor store beside it. I don't know the name of the girl who did them but she did fantastic. She did exactly what I wanted. I got the shellac nails, shirt and square with pink curved tips, and they look identical to the photo I showed her. She told me they would be $70 before she did them, which I appreciated because the other salon didn't tell me the price at all. My friends I went with thought that was a pricey for what I got done. But I am really happy with them.

She kept asking me who I wanted as a massage therapist even though I told her this was my first time. The place was really clean and bright when I arrived and the staff were friendly. They didn't have a quiet waiting area tucked away, just a row of chairs in front of reception. The decor was nice, but it felt more clinical than a spa. My massage therapist was friendly and asked me lots of questions and mentioned she used to be a nurse. She talked the entire time though and made it difficult to relax. She admitted to being a smoker and took mints to help mask the smell on her breath, but I could smell it on her the entire time. I also didn't find her technique that great and I left feeling like I needed to book another massage. They only thing I liked was that I got a small bag of Epson salts when I left.
