I have been seeing Dr. Kelly Lamoreaux since 2018 and I have had nothing but great experiences with her and her staff. She has done a variety of dental procedures for me, including bonding, veneer, fillings and a crown on top of my routine dental cleanings. She was able to do one single veneer on my front tooth while matching it with the rest of my teeth perfectly. Her cosmetic work is pure artistry. I also have had a very hard time getting numb with prior dentist for fillings and she has knocked it out of the park every single time. She has replaced several of my old fillings that were done by previous dentist that were not holding up very well. Every filling that she's done has been completely pain-free from start to finish. She has a really great technique and makes you comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her office is very warm and inviting along with her entire staff. I love dr K and her staff! They are upbeat, you can tell they all love their job and didn't mind working late to make sure i was completely satisfied! Dr K was super sweet and gave me pointers on how to make my smile better got my 6 months cleaning and even squeezed in some Botox while I was there! Coming to see Dr. Kelly and her team was 1000% the best decision I have made in my life. I have always struggled with confidence because of my teeth. Dr. Kelly and the amazing team at Avenue Dental Studio are truly an example of how make dentistry the best possible experience. My son saw her for the first time yesterday. He was so anxious about his visit. They were so patient with him and let me (I talk to much) help explain to him what was happening and why. Dr. Kelly carefully explained to him what she saw on his X-rays and helped him feel like he was in control of his treatment. She even took a selfie with him which he just loved. He is excited to go back! A huge plus was they had all my insurance info worked out before I arrived. I just love visiting this office. BEWARE - Dr. Kelly does not make the Veneers she's putting in your mouth. And, she uses a lab that is out-of-state to make them so she cannot work in person with them. It can take months and months when revisions are needed because she can't be there to collaborate with the lab in person. Why did I go to her? I was a patient of her husbands at their Monument office and her staff assured me that "Dr. Kelly does such great work; you will be amazed at how beautiful they are and you won't even know a difference". She doesn't make them nor have anything to do with the design or approval before they are sent. I spent so much time going back and forth to her office in Denver and would explain each issue here, but there's literally not enough space. The bottom line I had to go back 3 times to get temporaries remade because they looked horrible... yet in each case her staff and/or she assured me that the horrible looking ones looked great, but they didn't and she remade them. . The 1st set of Veneers - Dr. Kelly had Wendy in their monument office choose the color. I didn't trust Wendy's opinion because she was one the culprits who assured me that one of the sets of temps I had looked great, yet they looked terrible & Dr. Kelly did them over and said to me "what did they do". I decided to have her do it anyway since that office was much closer to me than Denver. Once the veneers came in, when Dr. K tired them on me they were way too long and the color was way off. After this appointment, I called and left a message at Dr. K's office asking her to please call the lab and make sure they look at the length of my original teeth. WHY did I have to do that? The 2nd set of Veneers came back and one was so much thicker than the other. She filed some of it down, but after sitting with them a couple of days, they were still too thick. I went back to her office to get more filed down and her comment to me was "after you left, I thought that would bother you". So, she knew they were still a mismatch. Why was she OK with this? And, why did the lab send a set of veneers that were so different - one was so much thicker and the color didn't match. I could go on and on about more details of poor customer service and lying to me about how the temps looked and that Dr. K did her own work. But, I will sum it up.... She was OK with sub par work and she won't refund my money ($3000). I've asked her repeatedly to meet with me in person or to set up a time to talk by phone so we could talk thorough this with hopes of coming to some mutual agreement. Yes, she would have redone the veneers again, but I was so stressed out and drained after going back and forth with them for 6 months that I couldn't bare the thought of driving up there again & worrying if the temporaries would be OK until the 3rd set of veneers came in, all while knowing that some lab out of state is making them and their staff is OK with shipping veneers that don't match. I urge you to find a dentist that has the equipment and technology to make them in their office. After 6 months of working with her, I had found a dentist in Colorado Springs that made them in 1 day and they are beautiful and they match perfectly. read more

Dr. Kelly and her staff are amazing here at this location. I just started going to their location here in Denver on Monaco St and they have given me exceptional service. This is by far the nicest dentist office I've been to here in Colorado, I will continue to go to them every time. Dr. Kelly also discovered that one of my crowns weren't sealed properly and this is something that my previous dentists never even noticed! I'm so thankful to her because I will now be getting that fixed, having a crown that isn't properly sealed can cause damage and cavities that cannot be seen. I have been going to Dr. Kelly since she opened. The experience is always great!!! The staff is professional, fun, inviting and lovely! I've had cleanings, a filling and a crown replaced with NO PAIN! This is huge for me!! I've also gone to Dr. Kelly for Botox, and she injects with the eye of an artist, so I'm not overdone, no crazy brows going flat or too high, and we laugh while we work.
