They come out to you at your car and bring you in one by one. But when they explained they have a no fear policy, they try to keep it as peaceful as possible so the dogs don't get scared. I actually love that. My dog is a giant BABY, not in age, but he gets very scared. Dr.Campbell was amazing with him! He would not stop barking (loudly) but he didn't lose his patience and was kind and got on the ground to pet him. They brought in some dog toys and tried all they could to make him comfortable.
