So please go at your own risk....the artist was nice and very professional so I trusted her technique. When I messaged her and sent her pictures she said she didn't touch the tail end of my brows and explained that this was due to a brow trim? I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out.

She commented that the lash style I liked was "ugly" and stated, "We don't do that here." Regardless of personal preferences, I found those comments unnecessary and embarrassing, especially in front of other people. What made the situation even more confusing was that I left feeling unsure whether I was welcome to continue as a client. If the style I wanted wasn't something the salon offered, that would have been understandable, but the way it was communicated left me uncomfortable and uncertain about what my options were moving forward. To add to the confusion, I was informed that I would need to pay full price to have my lashes corrected, even though they had been done less than a week earlier. At the same time, my membership payment was scheduled to be charged the following day. (Which was going to cover my next two future appointments) Because I wasn't sure whether I should continue booking appointments there, I asked if the membership payment could be held until I received clarification from the owner. Which I still haven't heard back and my payment did go through. Overall, my biggest issue wasn't that we had different opinions about lash styles, it was the way my feedback was received.
