We had one corner that had settled about an inch and we wanted an opinion about what to do. Their $99 inspection fee sounded like a good deal. Superior showed up on time with two trucks and six guys -- quite a crew. The head guy was obviously the salesman and the rest were just some muscle to do the dirty work. They went under the home and came back with photos and a report. The photos showed gaping holes in the belly cover, missing insulation, and the salesguy claimed there were eight missing supports. Fixing it all would cost about $4K. This seemed like a lot of money, so we told them we wanted to think about it. He was polite and said no problem, their quotes are valid for a year. The next day I went under the house myself and don't worry, there are no critters (I didn't even see an ant) under there, just dirt and rocks. It was immediately obvious that the photos Superior showed me were exaggerated by some fancy camera tricks, the "gaping" hole in the belly cover was a tear only about one foot long by six inches wide. The "missing" supports? I could see no place to put them. I repaired the belly cover tear myself for less than $30. My take is that this company dances on the line between legit and scammer. The salesman will definitely take advantage of people if given the opportunity. I might use them in the future for a specific repair at a set price, but I would never trust their recommendations or accept one of their quotes at face value. The corrals were built perched on the side of the mountain and completely un-level. Chris took one look at it and immediately designed it to have a level roof which now makes it look perfectly symmetrical. Due to the fact that I live on the side of a mountain, digging three-foot holes for the support poles in solid rock was also a significant obstacle to getting this project done, but where there is a will there is a way, he made it happen. Despite the fact that they were working in 110+ degrees, they showed up on time every morning and it only took them a few days to complete the whole thing. Chris even added an additional panel behind the dog houses to keep my large dog from jumping the fence. But my favorite part has to be the swing he installed inside so that the kids could play along with the dogs. Thank you CS Industrial for your talent AND professionalism. Worst experience I've had with a shop in a long time…read more I went out of my way to be as transparent and easy to work with as possible. I sent them a detailed message explaining EXACTLY what I wanted done to my Mustang -- full exhaust setup, how I wanted it mounted, clamps, O2 bungs, everything. I literally did their job for them and made it easy. All I asked for was a rough price range before driving OVER AN HOUR to their shop. Not an exact quote. Just a simple "around this much depending on fabrication." Any decent shop can give a ballpark estimate. Instead, they ignored most of my message, barely communicated, wouldn't answer straight, and kept pushing me to drive all the way over there just for them to look at the car for 10 minutes. I called multiple times and it felt like they genuinely did not care about wasting my time. Then they acted like what I was asking was unreasonable and basically said no shop in Arizona would do what I wanted. Funny enough, less than 10 minutes later I found another shop that actually knows how to communicate, gave me a price, and scheduled me immediately. What made it even worse was seeing them joke on Instagram stories about "if you're not a good customer we don't want to work with you." Meanwhile I was being EXTREMELY clear, respectful, transparent, and serious about spending over $1,000 with them. So if THIS is how they treat someone trying their best to be a straightforward customer, imagine how they'll treat everyone else. Communication was trash, customer service was trash, and they lost themselves an easy customer because of their ego.

He is highly professional, knows exactly what he's doing, and quickly pinpointed the real issue with my exhaust system. I had failed the emissions test with a P0420 code, which usually means the catalytic converter needs replacing. I went to several VVRP-authorized auto shops for quotes, and all of them told me I'd need to leave my car for 2-3 days, with repair estimates ranging from $2,500-$4,500. The problem? My car is only worth about $2,000! Rosco turned out to be a lifesaver. Using his diagnostic tools, he determined it was only a sensor issue. The part cost just $100, and he replaced it in about 5 minutes. After driving 75 miles on the highway, my car passed the emissions test without any problem. It's rare these days to find an honest and ethical mechanic, but Rosco is exactly that. Go here first--you'll get a clear, honest diagnosis and save yourself from breaking your wallet. He was patient to hear my directions out, made better more professional suggestions with his trained eye, and had me done in less than 24 hours. He even called me back and had thrown in some brackets I needed to mount, just because he is that kind of guy. This type of service these days, is rare. I needed some repairs on an exhaust system Wade installed seven years ago, (I blew out one the…read moremuffler seams). I ordered the same mufflers, because they sounded good and lasted 7 years. I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.
