Scheduled for my appointment came and checked out my broken spring and had my spring I needed on his truck. Replaced within and hour or so. Looked everything over and notice my door opener sprocket was going bad and may need an opener soon which was cool cause I know something was wrong with my opener when the sprocket cover kept popping off. I don't like to leave negative reviews so read the other reviews. It could be a one off. I'm not sure where the problems occurred. I contacted Bill about mid October because of the damage to my garage (see photos). He was very polite. Bill came out the same day and gave two estimates one for a better door and one for a lower quality, less insulated door. The estimates were reasonable as all the reviews say. We went with the better door. Didn't hear back for a month so I called to ask what was going on. Turns out there are 2 Bills that work there. The one who answered the phone is not the one who came to the house. So the second time I called the 1st Bill came out and did not know what I had told the 2nd Bill one month ago. Somehow the wrong door got ordered. 1st Bill said the door would be ready in about 2 weeks. Heard nothing for about a month again. At this point it was 12/21. I called again and they said it wasn't ready. At this point I called another company because it was over 2 months. My landlord and I were working together to get the garage door fixed and another company from the previous day tried to upsell them on new springs that aren't needed. They also wanted to put in new rails etc when they could have used the existing ones and just updated to the latest model of the almost 20 year old previous model.
