Last year, at 5 years old, she attended the cycling camp. She learned some basics and loved the counselors, who were so wonderful - encouraging, patient and upbeat. This year, she attended the Explorer Camp - canoe, kayak, cycling and hiking. Every day when we picked her up, she talked glowingly about the fun they had doing the activity of the day and how much she wanted to do more. Her cycling is now solid and we are taking family rides as much as possible - one of my favorite mommy-moments is when we are all together on bikes, enjoying the outdoors and she is on her own bike. She absolutely loves it. Both years, my husband and I have been impressed with the organization of the camp - the friendly, happy counselors and how happy our kiddo is when we pick her up. She is learning about loving the outdoors in a fun, safe and encouraging environment with great people showing her the way. How great is that?!?

The owner, Prinal, is very present and cares a lot about the kiddos. They also care a great deal about finding good teachers and the curriculum is wonderful. My oldest learned SO much within a few weeks of starting in the 3-year-old room. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Aiza. My kids both love her and she handles every question or concern promptly and with care. Also special shout-out to Ms. Leeba, Ms. Traci and Ms. Dawna. My kids have had a great experience with all of these teachers and KA is very fortunate to have them. The cameras are very nice to have peace of mind to be able to check in on your kiddo throughout the day. Their app system to record updates and take pictures is very user-friendly and the teachers do a really good job of updating it so I have always felt well-informed about how my kids' are doing. They also go above and beyond by having family activities throughout the year. It's a nice opportunity to spend more time at the center to get to know the teachers and other families more.

They're so on top of everything and great communicators. We're also blessed to have Ms. Becky as our daughter's lead teacher, she is beyond thoughtful and compassionate and all of her students clearly love her, including our daughter. Our daughter is excited every day to go to school at Goddard and you can see how much fun she has with her endless smiling in her photos. You can see the variety of creative learning projects her class is constantly doing and we can see the quick progress our daughter is making; new words, learning body parts, songs, sign language, etc. Thanks for letting us rest easy knowing our girl is in great hands each week! :)

We have had 3 kids go through Goddard, and will be sorry to see it go when our last is finished. We toured pre-schools in Denver, Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch before making our decision. Any of the Goddard Schools would have been sufficient but we were moving from Denver to South Denver and decided it was best to have the kids close. We based our decision on three factors: cleanliness of the building, educational curriculum, and attentiveness/quality of the staff. Most of the schools we visited felt more like daycares than preschool - classes were organized around play rather than balanced play/learning. Goddard was the only school that offered any sort of appreciable curriculum, and you could visibly see the transition from play to education as you moved up in classrooms. We now have three kids that can count in English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese! The building is a newer building that always seems clean, and when there was a leak, the affected room was sealed off and professionally cleaned/restored by a reputable restoration company the day after the leak because the staff was concerned for the health of the kids. Some of the staff we have known for our entire time at the school, and they are personable, approachable, and fantastic with the kids. If we have had issues with any of the teachers the problem is usually addressed quickly. Couldn't recommend this place enough. It's a fantastic school.

On the recommendation of a coworker, I toured and was amazed at the quality of care they give here. My oldest began attending at 13 months, and just recently started kindergarten. His brothers have been attending since 7 months and are now 2 years old. They will attend until they begin kindergarten, as well. Our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. All the staff knows us by name, even teachers who don't have my kiddos in their rooms. I know my kids are safe and well-taken care of. They love being dropped off and greet their teachers with big hugs every morning. All the staff loves on each and every kid like they are their own, and the curriculum - WOW! My oldest is already reading and performing at 1-2nd grade levels in math & science. Both my 2 year olds (JUST turned 2!) know their shapes, colors, letters - and one of my twins can count to 17 already. The teachers here TEACH - they aren't just watching your kids. We've loved this place and plan to have my oldest return for summer camp, and the twins will stay until they are ready for elementary.

We left Goddard only because we choose to move to a new state to be closer to family. This team was more than daycare providers they were advocates, friends and supporters for us during our time at the school. Our son started as an infant and we had no idea what we would experience over our time at Goddard. While at the school our son was diagnosed with a rare condition that causes him to be legally blind as well as being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. For a parent with a child with special needs you have a fear that your child will be treated differently, or poorly because it maybe more difficult to care for him. This school not only ensure we didn't have that fear while he was there but they were a huge advocate for what he needed. His teachers in the beginning brought up concerns or thing they were seeing to see if we were also seeing the same thing at home. They were actively engaged with his Development, and were constantly asking what they could be doing in the classroom to help him. Our doctors were always complementing how supportive the school was on his development and reminding us that not everyone is like that. For us, this staff was a god sent in a very difficult time. The staff shared in the highs and lows. This team was and is not just simply a daycare, they were family. Along the way it was not easy and we had to work together to find solutions, but we always did. I miss dropping our son off there everyday. He was so very happy at the school. Everyday he would get a big smile on his face and so excited to go to his class. He very rarely cried when I left him, but if he did by the time I walked away he was done. He LOVED his ladies and we did also. If you are looking for a school to support your child through their development you have found your school. I am VERY critical person and they exceeded my expectations ever step of the way.

This review includes the email that I sent to the camp manager. He was incredibly rude and short…read morewith me - there was no apology at all, however they did refund my money for that week. We have been to the camps before, but this year it was beyond disappointing. Our daughter is enrolled in the 2-week camp: 7/26 - 8/6 and we have to tell you how disappointing this week has been. First of all, the counsellors are great and Grey really liked them - we have no complaints there. We want to bring to your attention just how the kids spent the week: Day 1: they went canoeing in a lake where the water is so filthy and toxic that the kids were told they could not get in the water at all and to make sure the water didn't go near their mouths as they would get extremely sick. Day 2: they went on a bike ride and were taken to a trail that was completely exposed and offered no shade. Ultimately, they could only ride for 30+ minutes before they had to call it quits as the kids were overheating. When the 100+ degree weather is taken into consideration, this seems like a ridiculous activity and a poor choice of bike path. Apparently they spend most of the day sitting under a tree to escape the heat. Day 3: a hike was planned but apparently one of the kids forgot their medication so once at their destination, they all sat around and waited over an hour for the child's mother to arrive with the medication. Once that was over they "hiked" for literally 20 minutes before loading up and driving back. Day 4: this was another water day an equally filthy lake. Even though the temperature was over 100 degrees, they couldn't jump in the lake. Day 5: this was the only day our daughter enjoyed because they finally went to a lake where they could jump in the water. When one takes into account the $100/day price tag we pay for your camp to show our children the kind of summertime outdoor adventures we as parents would have enjoyed taking them on ourselves, it seems as though all we paid for in the end was an elaborate daycare.

We had 3 weeks of summer camp planned and we were super excited, but day one was not good. The…read morecamp director was not present and staff did not give any communication on where to meet. We waited with other parents at the front of the school past the start time and I was late for work. And I had to leave my young child with teenagers that didn't seem to know much. My sons name was not in the system and the entire process was very unprofessional. After camp, my child explained to me that he got to play legos and minecraft all day. He was bullied on day three and the camp director called to report the incident. I began dropping him off late and picking him up early to avoid conflict. I cancelled week three, and carefully proceeded into the 2nd week after talking to the program manager about all the above concerns. The stem and playbit all sports itinerary was thrown out the window and the counselors allowed the kids to be self led to reduce stress as per the camp director. The 2nd week in my child was hit by a bully in the head with a golf ball that was brought from home. Although the child was sent home that day, there was no guarantee that he wouldn't be back. We did not go back and spoke to the operations director regarding the above incidents. Per the operator, Kidztopros does not screen for special needs kids because they cannot discriminate. This program was not a safe summer camp experience for my child and we will not be back. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company including our local school that handed out flyers recommending them.
