After we installed the device Joshua recommended the doorbell chime started making some awful…read morenoises. I disconnected a wire and sent Joshua a message. He responded first thing the next morning and we set up a time for him to come check it out. He arrived at the agreed upon time and found that the transformer for the doorbell wasn't no longer functioning. Thinking ahead ,he picked up a replacement on the way to our house. He replaced the transformer and bypassed the mechanical chime for the Ring doorbell. Problem solved. He didn't charge us for the transformer, as it was most likely an issue during his previous service call. My home will be needing some GFI outlet replacements in the near future and I will be trusting Promise Land for all of my electrical needs.
