My passenger side window is streaked, water still remained on my car, tires were not cleaned and dried properly, air fresher was not placed in car, and some debris still remained on my car. Not a happy customer. The quality was below standards and the attendants were not very attentive to the details. I did not leave a tip. I will be returning to the car wash on 40 (West Patrick). They provide a much better service and detail is a priority.

One of the guys--I forget his name--picked me up from the shop and took me to Enterprise, and we had a cool conversation on the way. When we went in, he started handling my stuff right away to get me through. This was my first time really doing all this, so I didn't completely know what was going on. I was just following along with them. They knew what to do. They were the professionals, and the guy who picked me up really got it done. The only problem was that I didn't know what I was doing. When he asked me questions, I answered them wrong, so the form got filled out wrong. Basically, the system ended up saying my insurance didn't accept it, yada yada. However, the guy right next to him picked up the work and was like, "Oh, I know how to fix it ." He started handling it immediately by calling my insurance. I know you guys know how annoying those insurance call can be, but yes, he sat through the entire thing, waited, and answered everything. But it gets better: he didn't just do this once, he did it twice. I accidentally gave the wrong answers again! The second time around I finally had the correct answers, but I felt bad and was like, "Yo, let me just do it," because I didn't want him to go through that hell again. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to, though. He just said, "I can do it." I asked, "Are you sure?" and he said, "Yeah, I can do it." Thank God! It was such a relief that I did not have to go through that insurance experience. Both of these dudes were awesome, and this place was awesome. They even upgraded my car once I gave the correct info. They offered to clean it, but I declined because there were a lot of people waiting in there who were getting aggressive, and I just wanted to keep things moving. Honestly, just tell them exactly what you want and what you need. They're the professionals; they already know what to do, you just gotta specify what you need. Awesome people. I was about to take my Dodge Ram on a long road trip. What I didn't want was to take along all the…read moredog hair that had accumulated from just a short few months of shepherding around two dogs. I thought about trying to find time to take it to a local car wash, but then happened to read a review of Doug's work at Victory on another site. Mobile detailing? Why not. I decided to give him a call to see what he could do for me with a quick turnaround job. Doug got right back to me. I explained my situation, and he gave me a very fair quote and we arranged a meeting day/time. He called me that morning just to confirm, which I appreciated, and he showed up right on time later that day. Doug did a GREAT job! He spent several hours on my truck, buffing the outside to a beautiful gleam and cleaning the inside to the point you'd never know it had gotten up close and personal with two dogs. He put a lot of "elbow grease" into getting the Ram back to new condition. My only complaint is that I've convinced myself that I should take my two furry friends out and about in my other vehicle...I'm just not quite ready to let the dog fur fly in the Ram's quad cab. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a car repair shop. From the moment I walked in for my appointment, the customer service was beyond disappointing. Staff were dismissive, and look at me like I had three heads when I asked basic questions. As for the actual work? Completely unacceptable! I went in for a LifeSafer calibration and left with the panel underneath my steering wheel hanging down to my knees from clips that were broken by the technician. I asked the tech if he could put the panel back and he said he didn't pull it down. Keep in mind... this device is wired through that panel, so I know he had to adjust it in some way to remove the device. I brought this up to their management and honestly it felt like they just didn't care. I was told it could be repaired, but not today and that it would cost me by the Manager. Out of nowhere the Supervisor came out to look at the issue and said "THERE'S NO WAY THE TECHNICIAN DID THAT, YOU'RE A LIAR, GET OUT OF HERE AND NEVER COME BACK!" I was completely confused and a little scared because at this time I was surrounded by the manager, The supervisor and a random employee. I immediately left the shop with my new problem! Bottom line, this shop is a hole. The subpar, careless work is frustrating enough, but paired with TERRIBLE customer service is just infuriating.
