Rented a UHAUL trailer from here. The process was quick and easy. Had no issues what so ever.

He is a genuinely good guy, and very knowledgeable about all the technology and features on my new Crosstrek. The finance manager, Ed Cubahug, walked me through the financing process, explained everything evey step of the way, and answered all my questions and made sure I understood every aspect of the financing on my new Crosstrek. I was introduced to Michael Lorenzen, Service Advisor, and Tyler Biser, Subaru Technology Specialist. Frederick Subaru does an in-person tech review 30 days after purchase to make sure I'm comfortable with all the features and that I'm not confused by or have any lingering questions about my new vehicle, and Tyler is the person who handles this. I've already made my appointment for this next month. I can't praise everyone involved enough, they were all very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and great to work with. They treated me like family. The whole purchase was actually, truly enjoyable.

They've had too many chances to earn my trust, and they spent just shy of 10 years quietly eroding it. My biggest regret is that it took me this long to realize it. On multiple service visits, questions were asked and badly answered, or just left unanswered. At 55K miles, they reported both front wheel bearings needed replacing with no clear explanation why they would fail that early, but I let them do it. Eighteen months later, they flagged the right-front bearing as needing replacing again. When I pointed out they replaced it before, they checked their records, then reported the mechanic found a loose mounting bolt, an easy fix. I had to point out from memory what was in their own records. After a later visit, I found a stray 15mm bolt bouncing around on top of the belly pan causing metallic sounds on bumps. At best, negligence; at worst, there's a crucial missing bolt somewhere that I couldn't find. In ANY case, all I could do was try not to worry. At today's 90K-mile service, they recommended replacing the front brake rotors (@$350) along with the pads. The pads needed changing, but they told me the rotors had no scoring, no warping, and were otherwise confirmed to be in working condition. When I asked why they wanted to replace them, they said, "That's our policy when we change brake pads." The service manager repeated the same thing, adding, "You have to change the rotors when you change the pads", and got defensive when I pressed further. They had no reason, only a revenue policy. Any one of these might be an isolated mistake. Together, they describe a business where quality control and straight answers fall woefully short. I talked to them more than once about my experiences and received "understanding" and assurances that were never realized. In my opinion, Frederick Subaru (Frederick Motors) should not be given your business. They're certainly not getting mine anymore, and I'm embarrassed it took me this long to decide.

One of the best car rental experiences I have had. I took my car into the shop and had to get a…read morerental. The shop decided to call these guys, who were right across the street. One of the guys--I forget his name--picked me up from the shop and took me to Enterprise, and we had a cool conversation on the way. When we went in, he started handling my stuff right away to get me through. This was my first time really doing all this, so I didn't completely know what was going on. I was just following along with them. They knew what to do. They were the professionals, and the guy who picked me up really got it done. The only problem was that I didn't know what I was doing. When he asked me questions, I answered them wrong, so the form got filled out wrong. Basically, the system ended up saying my insurance didn't accept it, yada yada. However, the guy right next to him picked up the work and was like, "Oh, I know how to fix it ." He started handling it immediately by calling my insurance. I know you guys know how annoying those insurance call can be, but yes, he sat through the entire thing, waited, and answered everything. But it gets better: he didn't just do this once, he did it twice. I accidentally gave the wrong answers again! The second time around I finally had the correct answers, but I felt bad and was like, "Yo, let me just do it," because I didn't want him to go through that hell again. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to, though. He just said, "I can do it." I asked, "Are you sure?" and he said, "Yeah, I can do it." Thank God! It was such a relief that I did not have to go through that insurance experience. Both of these dudes were awesome, and this place was awesome. They even upgraded my car once I gave the correct info. They offered to clean it, but I declined because there were a lot of people waiting in there who were getting aggressive, and I just wanted to keep things moving. Honestly, just tell them exactly what you want and what you need. They're the professionals; they already know what to do, you just gotta specify what you need. Awesome people. Professional Experience.

I only had a debit card and asked what we had to do, larger deposit? She answered not a problem they had other options to still rent that vehicle when I came in. Came in to pick it up to be informed I could choose a different car than what I rented or nothing. We chose nothing. Enterprise missed out on a $1200 sale due to the manager Bubly (guessing on spelling). The worst part is I always tent from this location and had rented the month prior. Now stuck wanting to rent for another work trip and now have to find a new car rental company.

I am never greeted when I walk in, in fact I have to walk fully up to the desk for someone to finally open their mouth. The manager Eli just stands there with a blank face as well as Joseph. I just rented a car a few days ago and the same thing happened and while I was there Eli asked a customer how everything regarding their rental was, I notice I do not get the same treatment as certain customer's. I have never been asked how my rental and experience was and I rent with NextCar very frequently in fact twice a month sometimes. The cars are never clean in the inside there's always combs and strings of hair and debre in the cup holder's etc. The past two times I rented a car from them the car would not start at the light, and the lights would not go out in the car. It seems to always be something wrong with these cars. It's always a light popping up for tire pressure or something which makes me wonder how often these cars are being serviced. I've been very nice about keeping my mouth shut and not giving bad surveys when they're sent to me to complete because I didn't want to be harsh. But enough is enough I rather take my money somewhere else and experience top tier customer service. Every customer should be treated with the same respect and greeted. The people working there are not representing NextCar in a good way at all.

I was able to locate my official change of address from the USPS website that validates the old and new address. Nope!!!! Not good enough for them! I was told to call corporate about it. Hah! What a joke because all corporate is, is a bunch of people to will make a new reservation. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT rent a vehicle from them. Pass this on so no one else gets burned or treated like crap.
