On this day (a Thursday), they only had one full size available but, thankfully, it was a Ford Fusion and I'm a fan of those when I'm renting. The car was in pretty good shape and well cleaned. It looked good and smelled clean - I can't express how important that is to me and how infrequently I can say that when I'm renting all across the country. It even came equipped with a detachable toll tag which I really appreciated having the option to use. I didn't need to use it during this rental but I was glad to have that in case I did. Being that this is a very small local office, don't expect a lot full of cars like when you're renting from the airports. I can see how that can be an issue during busier times but I guess I lucked out this time so it's all good. PS: this is a combo Avis/Budget location so they will ask you which brand your reserved with (assuming you did).

Oh my God Never use this place!!…read moreI reserved a vehicle and they don't have my information in their system This is not the first time I've had issues with this location but it is the last time I'll give them my business. On top of that the manager only works on Thur and Fri it's hard to support black business sometimes!! It's my wedding weekend!! No extra help to assist with booking a reservation at the airport for the inconvenience. Now I'm on a fast track and time schedule to get another vehicle ASAP.

I would not recommend this rental car company to anyone that will be needing a car for an extended…read moreamount of time when you do an extension they place a hold on the card for the amount and then at the end of the rental they will charge you for the full amount which is like paying double for the rental any hold will not be released immediately so basically you will be charged for the rental twice in your account. You will not have any available funds to be able to pay your bills. My $800 rental turned into a $1600 rental. I close this account on January 2 I still have holds pending from December 24 and budget has told me it's not their problem. Call my bank. It's January 9, and I'm still trying to get my money back after they have been paid in full.

Spotted chips in the windshield which the employee observed when we picked it up, so when it spread shortly after we picked it up, it was not an issue when we dropped it off. Anyone else would've tried to put the blame on it's patrons but they did not. Would definitely recommend this place! We rented a truck and a car dolly so we could move from California to Texas. The first problem is that our car dolly blew a tire in the middle of Texas (not there fault it was from the heat) but when talking to roadside assistance, they took down all the information that was needed and said that I would get a text message with the verification and who will be helping us. 30 minutes went by and no text message, so I call budget back and they couldn't do anything else but give me the name to the tire company and told us that it'll be a 1.5 hours till they get to us when they were only 18 minutes away driving. Thankfully we called right after to the company that was supposed to help us just to confirm when they will be there and if they had the right tire, and to our surprise they we just leaving with the wrong tire budget told them to bring. After that whole ordeal we finally get back on the road. Don't get me started on how crappy the car dolly was too. Now the second issue was actually dropping it off, we arrived to our drop off location that was closed for the weekend when the company stated on their website that they would be open till 2pm. After driving 45 minutes to our drop off location arriving around noon, we found that it was closed for the weekend. So after calling everyone that would actually talk to us we have to drive back to our new place and drive back on the day they are opened on at 7am to drop it off when our original agreement was at noon. We check every source to make sure that the drop off location was going to be open on the day of drop off, and when we checked it was supposed to be. Now we can't leave the truck at the location, we have to pay even more money to make sure that it is full, and be there right when they open. This is ridiculous! Don't bother calling customer service or a supervisor because they won't help you at all, they will only say that it is our fault and we have to deal with it. WE ARE NEVER RENTING FROM BUDGET AGAIN!
