Everything went smoothly, from pick up to drop off, in fact it took even less time to drop it off than it did to pick it up. Spotted chips in the windshield which the employee observed when we picked it up, so when it spread shortly after we picked it up, it was not an issue when we dropped it off. Anyone else would've tried to put the blame on it's patrons but they did not. Would definitely recommend this place! Staff were friendly and loved the fact that they dressed up as barbies for Halloween! read more

Very good customer service. I was at the location off HWY I -10 near Freeport St. picking up a rental while my truck was being repaired and I was very pleased with how I was greeted from the moment I arrived and the lady at the front assisting me was very polite and professional. Greeted me with a genuine smile, which unfortunately in this day and age doesn't happen very often. Enterprise website allowed me to reserve a truck for pick up at a location today 48 hours in advance, but then they don't have any trucks when I arrive? Then same price for a small SUV and I get to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned and ready. Not impressed AT ALL! read more

My review is based 2 issues. I created a reservation online and received a rate of $62 a day for a 2-ton pick up truck (before taxes), upon checking out they charged $82 a day ( before taxes) and when I called this location to question my issue I was placed on hold (5) times before hanging up. And by hold I mean the call was answered, numbers were pressed and I was on hold- not one word from a representative. I will never rent from this place again. Please note I called on Monday 5/20 at 2:45pm- maybe the representative can be tracked. read more

For starters, they NEVER answer their phone, I was called SEVERAL times and each time I was on hold for more than an hour. You can hear them pick up the phone, then place you back on hold over and over again! It took me sever times and days to actually reach someone. When I arrived to pick up the car it was dirty and smelled BAD! (like rotting fish) And they said they had just cleaned it! NOT!! I was very unhappy with that... I really didn't notice that smell till I got home. I had it for 8 days and used all sorts of sprays to get rid of it.. It didn't work at all! If they want any business they need to improve themselves. Answer the phone when it rings! and clean the vehicle's better. If you don't believe me... try calling them, see for yourself how long you stay on hold!! read more

Before taking the toll road I verified activation fee and cost with a male employee and he told me the cost for doing so. So... two weeks later, I'm getting billed $35 plus dollars for taking the toll road for maybe four tolls. I have also contacted the toll road authorities. If you don't know how to do your job or what's the correct answer in doing so.. then verify with a manager. I would of stayed on the feeder road for this cost!! read more

was picked up by them to pick up my chosen rental, once I got there they gave me whatever they had, not what I had chosen. very rude personnel, not knowledgeable at all, so unprofessional, not polite at all. Worst car rental company on the planet! All Enterprise locations are bad in my experience! State Farm's bitch of choice! I was very pregnant when an old drunk rammed our car sending me to the hospital and severely complicating my pregnancy raising my stress level and keeping me upset and causing multiple trips to the hospital. The employees at this location called me incessantly trying to con me out of money when my insurance was paying them! When their bald tires blew out on the freeway nearly killing my entire family, their employee (I'll edit w/her name later) hung up on me then claimed she had to charge her cell phone!! Enterprise immediately tries to screw me out of money by demanding a $200 deposit when I have more than ample car insurance and had the misfortune of renting from them before. I call State Farm and bitch up a storm and Enterprise gives me a Prius which has bald tires, scratches and something hanging down under the front of the car! I mark all these places on my contract. This is essentially the same scam they pulled on me a few years ago! Give me a damaged car then file a claim on my insurance once I turn the car in! However, I didn't get a chance to turn the car in! I was hospitalized largely due to their BS and they had a tow truck tow the rental leaving me w/o any transportation!! This they claimed was because I didn't return ONE phone call! I was in the hospital assholes! Even worse, State Farm WON'T PAY MY CLAIM BUT PAYS ENTERPRISE!! Texas Department of Insurance will be thrilled to hear from me as will the better business bureau and others. Nobody should have to endure this unethical and illegal treatment! I rented a Nissan car from this location to take a drive to Austin for college tour. An hour into our drive the warning light came on and the traction lights for the tires. I sent a picture to the staff and was told that if I came to a sudden stop the car could spin out of control. Between the east freeway branch and the two locations in Austin, they did not have a car for me to switch into. I was left to figure out enterprise's problem on my own. I had to drive the car back home in this condition going very slow. No call to me from them with an apology or anything. I was very disappointed. read more

I received very poor service from enterprise. I reserved a car online and when I went to pick it up the next day I was told there were no cars available. I was sent to another location and at that location was told the same thing and given the addresses to 3 other locations. Long story short I went to 5 different enterprise locations and did not receive a rental car. Why was I even able to reserve a car in the first place if there weren't any available??? I was very disappointed because it was an emergency situation and I ended up being two hours late for work for no reason. The enterprise employees could have done a better job assisting me. I went to Budget the next day and I got a car right away WITH a free upgrade. I will probably only deal with Budget from now on because they understand what customer service means. read more

I received great customer service from Steven at this Enterprise location! I needed the rental car after being in a car accident and the staff did not add any stress to my experience. Josh picked me up on time from my house and brought me to the location. I got a really nice Toyota Corolla for my rental. Unfortunately, the winter storm hit right when I was supposed to return the car, which meant I had to delay returning the car for a day. Steven made sure I was not penalized for this. I would never again rent from here. The van I got smelled like cigarettes so bad. There was puddled coke, food grease everywhere , coke splattered on the window and rear view window, not vaccumed. The list goes on. My husband is the one who picked the car up that's why I left the lot. I live an hour from here and I was not going to go back to have it cleaned because there were no more cars to rent. I wanted to write a review but I decided oh well you win some and you lose some,BUT there was a baby roach that just came out of the air vent. I'm so disgusted by this . I took photos of the whole car so that no one could come back and say I was being over exaggerated. I've been driving with my windows for 3 weeks now. They offered me a new car when I called and complained but my work hours are the same as theirs it's impossible. read more

They gave me the run around for over a week and as of today they have not refunded my money back. They pick up the phone and leave you on hold for 30 minutes at a time in efforts to get you to hang up!! I will NEVER rent from this location or any other Enterprise location!!! I have rented a car at the East Fwy office many times. I am extremely pleased with my results each time. I usually take the weekend deal and upgrade to the $14.99 intermediate car. EVERY TIME, I get an upgrade to the SUV, this last time I got the Jeep Patriot because they were out of intermediate cars. I love that, I am a big person and don't want to crawl in and out of a car, I prefer a larger model and have learned that with a smile and going at 5pm, their busiest time, they are more than willing to upgrade me for Free. Well worth the money. Also, they are nice, they say to me walk around the car and anything smaller than a "dollar bill" is considered wear and tear. The cars have always been clean and I have never waited to pick up a car longer than 20 min. not bad considering I go at the busiest time of the day due to my ride issues. Also, they always take me home for no additional cost when I drop the car back off, but FYI I live within their 5 mile policy. I even joined their plus club because I rent vehicles about 3-5 times/year. I will continue to rent vehicles from them as long as they continue to honor the frequent customer, with continued customer service. read more
