He stated he could replace the windshield the next day at a specific time and that he would call 45 minutes prior to arrival for the replacement. He did all of the above. (2) The quote given was reasonable and well below some of the other competitors I contacted. (3) Tyrone, the owner, who I spoke with on the phone, gave me reassurance that he had the experience to get the job done and a warranty on the work if any issue came up in the future. (4) Nu Pro offered mobile service. (5) Scheduling options were available for same day and next day. I decided to schedule appointment for next day service. Tyrone was very professional.
