I asked for the lowest cost rental but they claimed it was only a few dollars less for economy vehicles than high end... maybe as far as charging the insurance company, but for private rentals it's $60+ more. When my contract ended, my insurance company was curious as to why it ended so soon. Because they were charging so much per day that's why. On top of that they tried charging me the per day rate since my contract was ending, but technically I had until the end of that day, which was a Saturday, but they were closed. So they somehow found a way to charge me an extra day, plus put me right into collections. Sound like hard sellers to me.
