Never had a problem here. Friendly service, made easy. Always got a nice clean vehicle. No hassle.

At first they seemed impressive, but then I ended up a bit disappointed. After a car wreck my insurance company hooked me up with a rental from here... walked in and all they had were Lincoln's,BMWs,Volvos... or so they said. I asked for the lowest cost rental but they claimed it was only a few dollars less for economy vehicles than high end... maybe as far as charging the insurance company, but for private rentals it's $60+ more. When my contract ended, my insurance company was curious as to why it ended so soon. Because they were charging so much per day that's why. On top of that they tried charging me the per day rate since my contract was ending, but technically I had until the end of that day, which was a Saturday, but they were closed. So they somehow found a way to charge me an extra day, plus put me right into collections. Sound like hard sellers to me. read more

I reserved Intermediate SUV, site says 5 people n 4 bags. (Midsize before full size) I was taking my grandson to college. They put me in a Standard when I said something they became defensive instead of offering to correct issue, Worst ride ever, felt bump in road, car would not charge the phones, hat to pack to brim. Then deposit $400 if u use credit or debit, return car next day, refuse to give refund receipt. And held my deposit on purpose for three days, blaming it on bank ( it was not the bank) and I have an enterprise rewards account. I rented a car from July 17 ,2023 and returned it at noon. July,20,2023 for 3day and half .The car had strong odor of urine but I tolerated and didn't complain about it. in the 4 days, I only drive about 30 miles . however, I never got receipt how much I was charged and sent an email on July 26 but didn't get response. I called to the office on July 27.one staff said he would send it to me via email but I didn't get it until today. I called to their national customer service and I was told to charge 5 days . This place ruined our day! Before i lived in the USA i booked a car here so me and my family could drive down to DC and see the capitol. I booked the car 2 days before and got there early so we could spend the day in the city. When we arrived there we were left standing there for ages while we waited for someone to serve us. eventually we were served and spent some time filling out the paperwork and showing our passports etc. they then stated that they needed a US credit card to rent the car??? I after trying to explain that we didn't have a US credit card as we were not residents, they stood firm and said NO. I informed them that it wasn't on their website policy and they just said NO. By now i had wasted so much time at this terrible place and now had to get in my car and find a better rental place. Thank god for Budget rental on street road! They happily used our British cards and the rental went through without a hitch. they even gave us a free upgrade when they found out i had just returned from fighting in Afghanistan. Budget saved the day but it still meant that we lost about 2 hours of our day and ended up hitting rush hour traffic which cost us about another hour so our day was cut very short. this place either needs to update their policy, educate their staff or make it clear to non-nationals who wish to rent a vehicle. read more

Avoid this location at all cost. They gave my wife a car while hers was being repaired, kept trying to push extra insurance on her that she didn't need as our own insurance covers rentals, then claimed she damaged the rental when she turned it back in even though we have pictures that show otherwise. In fact they had informed her of a previous accident when she initially picked up the vehicle. She hardly even drove the vehicle other than back and forth to work. Deceitful and dishonest. read more

Had an accident in Pennsylvania while on vacation. Due to the insurance company had to rent from this location and on the way back home to NY discovered the horn as well as the front passenger seatbelt did not work. Tried to return the car to this location,but it was closed due to it now being the weekend. Once I got back to NY I had to search for another rental due to this car being a not fully functioning safety hazard. I had a very hard time finding another rental in NY but would not have had to go through this if the car was fully working when it was rented to me. Renter beware! read more

I always receive excellent service from these guys. This time Matt Basile was the outstanding employee so I've got to give him props. The car, an indigo Blue 2017 Toyota Camry was excellent and there was no hassle picking it up and certainly no issue dropping off considering they were closed. They pick you up if needed which is a huge value added bonus (and the company's tag line). This feature costs them virtually nothing that has help them grow into the huge, privately owned company that they are today, it's also a great money saver. I can honestly say they get you out and on the road as quickly as could reasonably be expected and then some... each and every time. With regards to this particular rental I had a billing question after I returned the vehicle and Matt Basile handled it with great professionalism and courtesy. I left a huge mess in the car of Dunkin' Donuts wrappers because they happen not to have a garbage can outside and I had already put the key in the dropbox. After I apologized they did not shame me or give me any sort of demerits or harsh words. In fact Matt said "it's OK no problem, these things happen" thus making me feel that I am still a decent person worthy of being in society which is important. With all of this being said, I can assure the good people of enterprise Rent-A-Car that I will be renting in the future, my wife and I both appreciate the great service. read more

This place needs more than 1 or 2 people working it. Who has an hour or more to wait for a rental? Not me

Vance and Ahmed were both really helpful in finding me the perfect van, at the last minute where every other company I contacted wanted .60/mile plus rental. No other Enterprises within an hour had a cargo van, and I had a last minute huge charity donation I had to drive, but Vance and Ahmed both helped me on the phone, explained how to use the van when I got there (im a small girl) and we're reasonable on the charges. Thank you guys and I know the whole charity appreciates your help. read more

I have rented cars here for the last couple of years. The previous manager Josh was great. Always knowledgable and helpful. But, since he left no one knows what they are doing. I rented a car there one time and they had no cars. No one called to let me know. So I drove all the way back from the Poconos to get a car and when I got there- they told me they didn't have any cars. Then told me was too late to find another one. Another time I needed a receipt and they promised to email it multiple times and did not. This last time was the last straw. I will be using national going forward and driving 20 minutes out of my way. They found a dent, which I did not see but, either way it goes through my corporate account. Well they sent the total due in my name as over a 1000.00 personal bill to me. This has always gone through my corporate account previously and I've never even seen a bill prior to this in two years of renting. When I called they couldn't contact me because someone had changed my phone number! Worst customer service experience ever, totally incompetent. DO NOT RENT THERE. read more

I was in an accident and enterprise was more than helpful flexible, and accomodating. They were exceptionally patient and willing to answer any questions. They picked me up from my job to take me back to their office to get the rental, and met me at the garage to pick the rental back up. I would highly recommend them read more
