We returned to them after renting a few years ago because we were treated so well then. We needed to rent a Pick Up Truck, and they have always located the type of vehicle we needed. We had a couple small problems with our last rental, however Troy quickly resolved them. Couldn't have asked for better service. Job well done by this team, When we require a rental vehicle, this is the only place we will go!

Terrible experience! Reserved a truck on a Thursday, arrived on Sat to pick up only to find out…read morethey had NO trucks available and KNEW they would not have one 24 hrs previous to our arrival!!! Mgr said he "did his part" to have Budget dispatch notify us that the truck we reserved had engine trouble and was out of service - but dispatch didn't call us. Instead of helping us himself (as he had no customers or vehicles to rent and seemed to have time) he gave us a CS number - horrible lazy move. Called CS to be told "someone" would contact us on 15 min to 2 hours. Having just driven 3 hrs to get the truck and start an early move, I had no interest in waiting 2 hours for Budget to further show their ineptitude. Drove 5 min to UHAUL BURSNVILLE, had fantastic service with Griffin and was on the road in 15 mins!! Not ONE WORD from Budget by way of apology. Useless company. UHAUL WILL BE MY 1st/ONLY CALL from now on.

Worst company ever. The employee at the counter said the $500 hold would be returned same day. "I…read moredon't even know why they do that. They return it same day". His exact words. Horribly trained employees. Spent an hour on the phone to hear the same line over and over. So the customer was told completely wrong, then charged, then bend over and take it. I never would have agreed to the car if the process was explained correctly. Customer service and billing did absolutely nothing. "There's nothing we can do". Right. Another example of big business doing whatever they want at the customers expense. Had a similar experience in Vegas with them same company. There won't be a third time.

I didn't have rental coverage from my insurance during the repairs, but the staff here ensured that I got a good deal and paid a reasonable price! I appreciated that they let me have a flexible rental window, since the repair shop didn't give me a timeline for repairs. I was given the option of a few different size cars and SUVs to choose from, and landed on a midsized SUV. Car was clean, operated well, and the check in/out process was very smooth. I would come back here again to rent a car, although I hope not for the same reasons ;) it was also VERY nice to be able to picked up and dropped off at the repair shop, the best perk to choosing Enterprise! Saved me a LONG, COLD walk or short Uber drive!

It came in very handy when backing out of the driveway and parking lots as well. However, we did notice that the vehicle was hard to drive as it kept going right. The alignment needs to be taken care of as soon as possible and test driven before renting it out to someone else to prevent any accidents. We nearly had a few because of that ourselves. Be sure to thoroughly examine the vehicles before handing the keys to anyone in the future.
