My car was in a nearby body shop for a few days getting repairs, so I headed over to this Enterprise location for a rental! The space itself is quaint, but checks the box for what is needed! I didn't have rental coverage from my insurance during the repairs, but the staff here ensured that I got a good deal and paid a reasonable price! I appreciated that they let me have a flexible rental window, since the repair shop didn't give me a timeline for repairs. I was given the option of a few different size cars and SUVs to choose from, and landed on a midsized SUV. Car was clean, operated well, and the check in/out process was very smooth. I would come back here again to rent a car, although I hope not for the same reasons ;) it was also VERY nice to be able to picked up and dropped off at the repair shop, the best perk to choosing Enterprise! We were impressed with our rental and we liked the features of the KONA. We especially liked the back up camera. It came in very handy when backing out of the driveway and parking lots as well. However, we did notice that the vehicle was hard to drive as it kept going right. The alignment needs to be taken care of as soon as possible and test driven before renting it out to someone else to prevent any accidents. We nearly had a few because of that ourselves. Be sure to thoroughly examine the vehicles before handing the keys to anyone in the future. read more

The vehicle I rented was exeptionally clean. The service at pick up was also exceptional. The near to week long cost was reasonable for the larger unit. Overall, this was a great rental experience. I have rented from the Apple Valley, MN location in the past and will do so again. read more

The car itself and the lady at the desk when I picked up my rental was great. The customer service was terrible. I needed assistance and (supposed) requests for a regional manager to call were submitted and marked urgent, I called 4 times, and even 2 days later I still have not received a call back. So either it's a lie that the request is a thing or your regional management staff is extremely negligent. Also, I had to drive 3 hours to return my vehicle. Which not only cost me my time, but money.. I will never use enterprise again. read more

I got a rental car from here because of the collision repair place set it up. I gave them my credit card for ac300 deposit like was required and drove off. now both the repair place and I said it would be a month to fix. so they charge what ids owed on the deposit card then called be for another one. which they couldn't take over the phone so I had to drive in with another but because I was busy I was unable to get that day so the very next day emma the manager called and left a threatening voice mail on my phone and I still have it. so I gave her 2 different cards both were brand new but she said we can't take them because there is no chip. so I had to return my car missing something I had been looking forward to for months. I will never reccomend enterprise and not sure I would recommend caliber collision either. Kim read more

We rented a large SUV for a road trip in December. While coordinating this rental, I spoke with both Jacob W. and Justine R. at the Apple Valley location. Both of these employees were extremely helpful. They were even able to get a rental of the same car we were thinking of purchasing in the near future. It was amazing to try this car out on a long trip and it actually changed our mind on some seating features we had previously planned to get. Not only did we have a great rental but we also saved ourselves from buying the wrong car all because Jacob and Justine 'went the extra mile'. Don't ever use this location. They charged me a collision damage waiver without my consent and when I called them to reverse it they were like, there's nothing we can do. This company is all about scamming their customers. read more

Great place to rent a vehicle. I reserved a minivan a month or so ahead of time. Upon arrival we did a walk around of the vehicle to make sure there were no big scratches, dents, etc. I did notice a tear in the tire that I was concerned about and they immediately got me a different minivan. The vehicle was nice and clean. The process was quick and they were very friendly. When returning the vehicle it went just as quick and again, they were very friendly. My only suggestion would be offering the toll pass option. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with the Apple Valley Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The vehicle was clean and very nice. I actually received an upgraded vehicle at no charge. What a nice surprise. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. I felt like I was "in the driver's seat" when it came to calling the shots. They didn't tell me what to do. I reserved the car on my employers discount page, was quoted $183 for a full-sized sedan. I did get that however I was charged $256 on top of the reservation security deposit. The deposit is fine that was in my reservation agreement. When they called me the day prior, they stated that they close at 6pm in which my reservation was for 6 pm. I said ok I can come earlier, went in on my break. Got the car winced at the price because I was charged $256 which is more than what I was quoted when I reserved. Wasn't told why I was charged more when I picked it up, came home reviewed the reservation document and called back. asked why I was charged $256 verses the $183 I was quoted when reserving and was told the reason I paid more was because I came in early to pick it up. They told me I had to pick it up early because they closed at 6pm. I was leaving right after I picked the car up on a business trip and I got done at 5pm. I didn't have a ride until closer to 6. Had I been told I was going to be charged more for picking the vehicle up 7 hours earlier, so I had a vehicle when I left. I would have just waited until closer to 6. I've never had this issue before and was not told about this and it is not in any of the paperwork I was given: "that when you picked up the vehicle early you will be charged more" needless to say I will not be renting from enterprise again and do not recommend to anyone. read more

It is the 2nd time renting at this location that the staff and car selection are great. I have rented at previous locations and the service wasn't that great, and they messed up on my bill. I haven't had any issues here and that is the way renting a car should be. read more
